Apr 15,2025The service is great. I had a car rented 3 times from this company. Pickup was easy and quick. Gravel damage to windshield is also covered in basic insurance, so I never had any issues returning the car, they just need few minutes to take a look at it and I was good to go. Also, I had tire pressure warning on display, just took it to their office and they quickly solved it.

Apr 15,2025The car was working great, just the safety festures (line checker, seed limit checker) were annoying bc the went on every time I put the car on. The experience was ruined because we had to pay for a scrach in a windshield.

Apr 15,2025Pick up and drop off were very easy and fast. Everything is organized very well. In walking distance to the terminals at Keflavik airport. The car was exactly as booked. At first the car smelled of gasoline when we picked it up but that cleared out after a while. Thumbs up for the safety tipps and everything you need to know about driving in Iceland!

Staff responded quickly and efficiently to our changing cicumstances with expansion (twice) of our rental period. Highly recommended car rental service.

Apr 15,2025Had a great experience with Blue Car Rental. It is only a 5 minute walk from the airport and very easy to locate. There was no line and we were helped immediately. The employee explained everything very well, including the return process. Our car was located right outside the door and had everything we needed. Car worked well for our entire trip and the return process was just as easy. No wait in line and we were on our way quickly. Would recommend to anyone who needs to rent a car here and would also use Blue Car Rentals again!

Apr 15,2025Ordered a Toyata Yaris but given with 'upgraded' to Kia Stonic, due to out of stock on Yaris. Car received with multiple scratches, but prior to check in, Blue Car has sent email with photo on each of the scratches mark. Which is to let driver knows that there's no need to worry on the marks. Nevertheless, it is best to take full insurance protection in Iceland due to the unpredictable weather.

Apr 15,2025Customer service was there bright and early when our flight landed at 5:00am. I was having problems booking online due to my credit card, but they were there and ready to help as soon as we got their. My SUV was just what I wanted and they even gave restaurants to bakeries that would be open soon for breakfast! Clear instructions were given for the return as well. The car itself was clean and any issues had already been documented before we picked it up. The return was just as easy and the staff was just as friendly. We'll definitely use Blue again when we come back next time!
