Apr 15,2025The car was very easy to access after hours. Vehicle mileage between fillups was wonderful. Had a great smooth ride through the country. Only reason i did not give 5 stars is the staff at the Airport for drop off. Very rude while talking down to people coming in to turn in cars. Not saying a return inspection isn't needed. But you can do it with a little bit of professionalism. But that is my only complaint. Even with that though I will be using blue again.

Apr 15,2025This was my first time hiring and driving abroad and it was a great experience. Everything was straightforward from booking to drop off. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The car (Dacia Duster) was a comfortable drive and perfect for our adventures. Would book with Blue again without hesitation. Only feedback would be that the ability to drop off after office closing wasn’t clear on the website but staff let us know when we collected.

The booking process was straightforward, picking up the key from the lockbox and collecting the car took less than 5 minutes, the car was what we expected and we had no issues with it during our 10 day hire, drop off took only a couple of minutes as well. We chose Blue because of the completely comprehensive insurance, and luckily we didn’t need it. The provision of the WiFi unit was a bonus and we used it every day, I wish all car hire companies offered the same!

Apr 15,2025Everything about the rental was perfect. Collect the car quickly. Was only a short walk from the airport. Felt relaxed knowing all issues with the car would be covered by the insurance. Dropped off the car easily. Car was clean and tidy and had no issues on the trip. Would 100% recommend and use again if needed.

From renting the car online (easy to maneuver), to pick up and drop off (no need to wait in lines or talk to anyone), to driving a wonderful 4WD Kia Suv that helped us get to point A to point B with no issues. Thank you for making our visit to Iceland comfortable.

Apr 15,2025We had a great trip with blue car rental car .. their cars are very good not older than 2 years .. just after we left after taking the car we had a puncture but blue car rental gave us a replacement car without any hassels ... Their customer care is very responsive and helpful. Blue car rental is the only rental which gives road side assistance at minimal cost .. thank U blue car rental for the amazing experience

Apr 15,2025We rented a Dacia Duster in Iceland between March 20 and March 22. The car was ready quickly and handed over to us in clean condition, equipped with winter tires – which turned out to be a lifesaver since it did snow during our trip. The fuel consumption was just 4.9 liters, which was impressive, and we had peace of mind traveling across different terrains thanks to the 4WD – we knew we wouldn't get stuck anywhere. The best part of the experience was the extra insurance coverage. I didn’t have to worry about windshield damage from flying gravel or scratches in a parking lot, as there was no deductible in case of damage. Another big plus was that we didn’t have to leave a deposit – just showing a bank card (we used a Revolut card) was enough. Overall, a smooth, stress-free rental experience. Highly recommended!

Apr 15,2025Smooth pickup and dropoff, but vehicle interior was a little dirty, car didn’t start and had to call the mechanic at one point in time but everything was resolved quickly!

Apr 15,2025We got to the airport at 4 am and it was still very easy to pick up the car. Return was also very easy. The car was new, clean, and easy to drive, so we felt very safe.

Apr 15,2025Car was excellent (even in white out conditions!!) and picking up and dropping off the keys was totally seamless. The woman who gave me the keys before I started driving was super helpful too, telling me what I really needed to know before I got on the road (no turn on red, drive with my headlights on, etc). Thanks Blue for making driving in a new country so un-stressful!

Apr 15,2025Easy, contactless pick-up in Reykjavic and fast, easy drop off at Keflavik. The only issue was the oil change light seemed not to be reset after the most recent oil change (according to the sticker on the window) and that had my mom freaking out for the week of our rental because there was a dashboard alert light.
