Apr 15,2025Service was quick and easy at pick up and drop off, we signed a few forms upon arrival and were given the keys soon after, car was in great condition and portable wifi was already inside the vehicle waiting for us. The gas discount add on was also very easy and helpful. Overall a great car rental experience, would recommend!

Apr 15,2025I'm the worlds biggest cynic when it comes to car rentals after some bad experiences in the past. Blue Car Rental made everything really straightforward in the booking process, and on the day of pick up it took all of 5 minutes to walk from the terminal to their office and even less time to be behind the wheel. The car we were given was spot on and exactly as we requested. Drop off a few days later was quick and easy. All in all just really easy, good value and I would have no issue using them again in future.

Apr 15,2025Very nice first time experience in Iceland with Blue car rental. Had a situation with the car during our trip and they provided excellent roadside service for free and we continued without any problem for the rest of our journey!

Une réception du véhicule facile avec du personnel agréable, juste à côté de l'aéroport. Avec la prise de garantie totale nous étions sereins durant notre périple, fort heureusement tout c'est bien passé, nous avons rendu le véhicule si facilement que nous étions surpris de l'efficacité du réseau. Ce voyage était si merveilleux après la visite de nombreux sites, que nous avons décidé de revenir, pour explorer d'autres lieux de ce magnifique pays. Merci d'avoir participé à réaliser ce voyage. Nous planifions déjà notre projet et Blue Car Rental est d'office notre agence de location. A très bientôt.

Apr 15,2025Our family had a great experience with Blue Car Rental. I was nervous about renting a car in Iceland based on many posted reviews of weather and arbitrary damage claims. However, Blue was definitely the right choice for us. The experience was smooth, friendly, warm and welcoming. The car was immaculate and in excellent condition, and fully prepped with a carseat as requested. The facility is warm and a short walk from the terminal (though a better sidewalk would be appreciated!). And the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Communication and online information provided before the trip were excellent. The whole experience was seamless. We declined coverages in order to use the quality insurance on my own credit card, and took thorough photos of the vehicle before and after just to protect ourselves, but we had no issues here. Blue felt luxurious compared to many of the standard in-airport rental agencies. I recommend Blue wholeheartedly.

Apr 15,2025Even if I booked the older model of Dacia Duster, the car was in a perfect condition and really clean. Iceland roads are no game, especially in winter. We drove over ice, snow and gravel roads and never felt the car would let us down. Check-in and out at the office was really easy and fast. I can only recommend the company without hesitation. It was my second time in Iceland and my second time with Blue Car, and I am looking forward to the third!

Apr 15,2025I drove alone with a Dacia Duster from Blue Car Rental. The 4wd was a good decision for the 2 weeks trip around Iceland, cause of the road conditions at many places. I booked full insurance (recommended) and the returning was quick and easy - the pick up, too. I'd rent a car there again.
