Apr 23,2021Theresa Murison provided compassionate care, while searching the best placement for our family member. She studied our needs, and was flexible with dates and tours. I always felt she had our best interest in mind, throughout our association. Because of her, we found the best placement, with appropriate level of care and comfort, in a proper time limit. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing assistance with placement of anyone.

Apr 23,2021My experience with Care Patrol was phenomenal! I worked with Dina and immediately we connected. She was extremely responsive and accommodating to my needs and concerns. With working full time and trying to find a new assisted living facility for my mom closer to my home was overwhelming to me. Dina did all the work for me and found places that met my mom’s needs. We toured five places and Dina was always along side me and made sure all my questions were answered. My mom moved into her new place this week. She loves it, feels comfortable and is meeting new friends and is now a 7 minute drive for me to see her. I couldn’t be more pleased and happy with all that Dina and Care Patrol did for us!!

Care Patrol individuals from the Richmond, VA office promptly contacted us and provided excellent recommendations for care facilities equipped to meet the care requirements of our family member. We selected one of the facilities and are very pleased. Care Patrol was a much appreciated resource at a difficult time for us.

Apr 22,2021Worked closely with Deb Scholl to find a Retirement Community that had independent living/memory care/health care, all in one package. With her assistance we found a community that has all of that at a price we could afford and were able to select a great unit to move into.

Apr 22,2021In the last four months, I have worked with Amy Herrick of Care Patrol, helping me find housing for my two sisters. Amy first helped me and my husband find my sister and her husband independent living at Sunny Acres. Both have mobility challenges, so Amy worked with the retirement community to find the best housing, a garden cottage, for a reasonable price. They both enjoy their new home. My other sister has memory challenges and was not able to live by herself anymore. Amy worked with staff at Sunny Acres to help place her in assisted living. When I had doubts about placing my sister in care, Amy helped me work through the details and emotions. I appreciated Amy’s insight. I know that Amy has worked for many years in elder care. Apr 20,2021Genuine, caring help in deciding how best to care for our dad. We were at a loss as to what living options would be best for our elderly dad's physical needs. Emily was amazing in explaining the differences in assisted living versus care centers. She quickly set up tours for us and within a week and half we had our dad moved in. Emily made this next step in our dad's life less stressful. I highly recommend Care Patrol!

Apr 20,2021I stumbled upon CarePatrol in a Google search and decided to call them to see what they offered. Tammy Brewer took my call and after talking to her for a short few minutes, I could tell she was going to really help me and not be "That salesperson" that you don't want. Tammy bent over backward and helped me find a place for mom. She never got tired of my meandering and back and forth the whole time. She was so patient and so frikin helpful that I had to write this review to tell you how wonderful she was for me! Folks, all you need to do is pick up the phone and call her, you won't regret it I promise! She will bend over backward for you just like she did for me. Thank you Tammy Brewer, you're awesome!!!

Apr 23,2021Working with Lisa Richardson was a great help. She connected us with another agency to help get VA benefits for our Dad. She was also very considered of our schedules so we could all be present to tour the assisted living homes. It was very thoughtful of her to come the day my dad went into to Clifden Court to meet him and make sure everything was okay.
