Apr 19,2021We worked with Aletha and she was wonderful. She set appointments to view assisted living options for my parents and she even went on the visits with us. They give lots of information and go the extra mile. We found a wonderful place for my parents and my family has a piece of mind. I recommend CarePatrol to everyone.

From the time we contacted her she was ready with answers to our questions and recommendations on how to look at different information, but left the decision to us without biasing. I had someone say that I could do the research alone without using a service. There's no way I would have gotten the volume of information needed to make a good decision for my mom. I highly recommend CarePatrol!

Apr 19,2021CarePatrol is awesome. Needed to find an Assistant Living facility for my Father in Law within 2 weeks. Once I called, the ball starting rolling and within 1 week he was placed in a facility. Don and Julie did all the leg work while we were able to deal with the death of my Mother in Law. Their caring and compassion was outstanding. They set up the tours of a few different facilities within days and once we choose a place, we had my father in law moved in 2 days later. I would highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone looking for help

Because I was doing my search long distance he arranged for each facility to complete a zoom tour and question review session. He did a great job of getting the right information summarized in simple terms to enable a fact-based decision. He was very professional in every aspect of the search and implementation.

Apr 15,2021Ron called up memory care homes that he knew would fit my situation. I loved the first one we visited and signed with them. They fit every category that I wanted for my mom. This made the horrible idea of leaving my mom with strangers a little easier. I did not even know about the facility. It is convenient for me to visit and simply amazing!! Thank you Care Patrol! Apr 15,2021The Charlotte office of Care Patrol assisted me with my parents' move. We began the planning last November, in the middle of Covid. This past Monday, my parents arrived from Massachusetts, a 900 mile trip for them. Throughout a very emotionally and logistically difficult move, Jamie from CarePatrol was knowledgeable, caring, professional and compassionate. As someone with a very time consuming and intense job in the middle of a pandemic, Jamie's help made an extremely complicated and overwhelming move manageable. The questions he asked about everything from my parents' personalities and preferences to their finances and priorities helped to narrow the search. Jamie very patiently answered all of our questions and followed up promptly. His suggestions on managing the move itself made the process far more achievable. I can't imagine better thanks than the smiles on my parents' faces when they arrived at their new home Monday. I'm grateful for all the help, especially with research at the beginning of the process. Having someone to help, answer questions, and break down what needs to be done is a huge help in facing such a huge, scary and emotional transition.

Apr 14,2021When my son was to be released after a long hospital stay, but still needed more care than I could provide at home, I was referred to CarePatrol by the hospital social worker. What a great service! I wouldn’t have even known where to start, but my assigned CarePatrol advisor arranged visits and tours and we located the ideal Assisted Living facility. I am so appreciative of this excellent service, especially as our advisor will continue to be available as long as we need a connection to needed care.
