Aug 13,2023I was given an initial offer of 2225 for my truck when I called and told them about the engine issues. After I filled out the form and put the engine issues and body damage it came back with a higher offer of 2425. I waited for a couple days and never got a call from the tow company. So I called carvio back and told me that the offer was red flaged and taken back because the engine issues weren't added until after the form. I'm not sure why they weren't added when I in fact told them about the issues in my initial phone call. But they told me they could no longer offer me 2425 and proceeded to offer me 1300. This company likes to go back on there offers. What a joke

Aug 13,2023Scheduled a date and time for them to pick my car up but the company never showed. I tried contacting them numerous times and never heard back. They offered me $1,250 for my non running car, and then never heard back. Ridiculous!! Don’t trust this company

Aug 13,2023I was very skeptical when I first reached out to CarVio. I found out about it through Facebook. There is so much scamming going on it took me a few days to finally say okay. I believe his name was JT, but he was very helpful and answered every question I had, even if I repeated myself. Again, I was really worried about getting scammed. I called quite a few ppl and was offered between $300-500. CarVio offered me 675$. I would have actually gotten up to 800$ If I would’ve got 25$ more just by turning in paperwork the same day. Then if I could have took it myself to the towing company, I could have gotten 75$ more. Etc . I waited to post a review until the check cleared. They came and picked my car up 2 days later, (scheduled originally for a day later, then I got a phone call that they were an hour away! This worked out great because I wasn’t going to be home the next day and would have had a family member to come over) but another reason I decided to go through CarVio was that there offer wouldn’t change. And it didn’t! Peddle offered me 400$ at 1st. Carvio offered me about the same, maybe 425$ at 1st. I mentioned how I would want at least a cpl 100$ more. And might text them back. (I used the texting option) I got a text after sending pictures of my car for the 675$. I would definitely recommend CarVio!

Aug 13,2023Company offers 800 for a 2009 malibu . The day they are setting up pick up he says I meant I can only give you 450 lol . Complete thiefs call someone else trust me . Don't take their low ball sneaky offers . I sold my car on marketplace 15 mins after they pulled the old maybe he's desperate . Becareful if dealing with these criminals
