Aug 14,2023It was easy to get am online quote. They offered me the best deal as I checked several other companies. I was able to work this deal through text and email. They worked with me and my crazy schedule. Marcos kept me informed through out the process and, answered all my questions. After sending in requirements( verify identity and title and pics of car), the pickup was fast and easy. They had check in hand for amount promised.

Aug 14,2023They still haven’t picked up the car! It was suppose to be picked up on Friday from 12-5pm, and it is now Monday. No call to reschedule pick up or anything. We moved car to make it easier for tow truck and it blocked my driveway as we wait. We took off work and planned day around this for no one to ever show up or call.

Aug 14,2023Don’t trust this company. They literally wrote me out a check for my car. When I tried to cash the check, it kept declining. I called the number at the bottom of the check, and they told me it was a bad check. I’ve tried and tried to contact them about the situation. They never answer the phone. I emailed someone about it and they said they would get back to me. It’s been several days and I still don’t have my money. WHERE IS IT!!!??!!

Aug 14,2023My experience with CarVIO went mostly smooth. The process of selling my car went fine. I received a good offer for my Chevy Malibu. The tow driver was friendly and had the check for the amount agreed upon. The problem next was that when I went to the title office to get the title transferred I put CarVIO has the buyer. In a day or two I received a call from IIA saying that I put the title in the wrong name of the owner. She sent me papers to sign to give power of attorney to them. I can say the experience went fairly well. I would recommend CarVIO to sell a car. David G

Aug 14,2023The young man helping with the transaction was very unprofessional. His communication from start to finish was poor. He may need more training on how to inform the customer what is expected from start to end. If I had not took the steps to inquire what was needed and how to contact IAA am sure the deal would still be in process. He would not responded or return calls. Finally another salesperson took over.

Aug 14,2023Initial contact was seamless and efficient. When it came to pick up, everything was terrible. 3 times I waited for a tow truck to come at a scheduled time with no shows. IAA had the driver on the line while Nicole was on the phone with me. He said he would be there before five at the auto shop where my vehicle is. At 5:30, in 85 degree heat, with my 82 year old mother in her car waiting I called again. Voicemail. Union Auto called me and said he would show up by 10:30 pm ( despite being told he would be there before 5. Next day we tried again. I was walking home from work (as I was still waiting for my vehicle to be picked up) and got a call from Union Towing saying they would be there in 20 minutes. I told them it would be an hour before I could finish walking home and get a ride. She called the driver who said he would meet me in an hour. Again, my mother and I waited for an hour and a half only to be told he had other vehicles to be picked up and would be a few more hours. Zero satisfaction, resolution and have had to pay $75 per day to the auto shop for storage fees. Still have not heard back from Carvio or anyone. Will NEVER use this service again
