Dec 28,2023Purchased a three year old Renault from the Bank Top Blackburn branch. Car is ok and no problems so far. What I haven’t got (after 8 weeks!) is the V5 logbook. I was assured it would arrive after about 4 weeks as they would send the paperwork off. Upon checking with DVLA I found it hasn’t been updated. Ringing up to query got a vague inept promise to check it out as all admin is centralised. Yes I can do this myself however I expected more and I won’t be buying a car from Chorley Group again

Dec 24,2023Absolutely fantastic service, spoke to Steve late on Thursday just before they were closing. Really approachable, really easy to deal with. Finalised everything on Friday, now Saturday, just 48 hours later I’ve already picked up the vehicle. Extremely smooth process, car is exactly as described. Really went above and beyond to make sure we could have the vehicle before Christmas. Can not praise enough!

Dec 24,2023Complete Joke of a company, ordered a car in August and told it would be delivered in November, which was fine as our current deal ended in December. Got a call in October and told it had been delayed, and we we're looking at January for delivery, but as our deal ended in December, they refinanced our current car with Black Horse. We got a call in November saying it would arrive the first week in December. We took a call from Megan and she advised us the car was being delivered and arranged the handover but as the time it had taken she had to do the finance agreement again and that was declined due to our current car being refinanced which had an impact on our credit score. They did everything they could to bulls**t their way out of it. Now we're left with our original car on a 3 year finance deal which we didn't want. Avoid at all cost, this is the second time the Chorley group have messed up as earlier in the year they sent all our personal details to some random person in Scotland who were kind enough to call us and let us know which I'm in the middle of reporting a GDPR breach with the relevant people.

Dec 22,2023I dealt with Robson Broomhead with regards to replacing my existing truck having been recommended to him by a past customer, nothing was too much trouble with some email replies coming at 10pm when I had asked questions at 9-55pm. Communication was excellent and the part exchange value for my existing truck was better than others I spoke to. No pressure at any stage from Robson where others at other dealers were never off the phone or email. Sorting the extras was also painless due to his diligence and ability to think outside the box. Excellent from start to finish, even the coffee was acceptable!! Highly recommended.

Secondly, he has been brilliant from the moment we first spoke. Communication by email, phone and face to face has been brilliant. You almost feel pushed into sales when looking for a new car but with Dominic there was no pressure whatsoever. He is genuine and also very easy to deal with. Not forgetting extremely funny 😄. He looked At all options for us to suit our budget and even looked at lower monthly payments for comparison. Everyone needs a guy like Dominic in their dealership who you can trust.
