Don’t bother! Serious waste of money!!! They missed of at least 2 of the stops ( the only ones furthest away!!!!!) and the places they did stop were less than 50 yards from each other. An absolute joke and an absolute waste of money. Get a taxi much better value for money
In de ochtend bij de bus 2 tickets gekocht van ruim 70 pond bij elkaar. Vervolgens hebben we 4 van de eerste 9 haltes van de originele route gereden en de rest in de file gestaan. In de middag wilden we weer opstappen, toen de chauffeur zei dat de rest van de haltes geschrapt is en dat hij terug zou rijden naar het beginpunt. Oftewel veel geld betaald, terwijl de bus ons nergens gebracht heeft. Vervolgens een klacht ingediend met de eis dat ik mijn geld terug wil. De eerste 2x werd er nog gereageerd op de mail, nu blijft het angstvallig stil. Dit is inmiddels bijna 2 maanden geleden
Malte - Arnaque à touristes. Arrêts non mentionnés-Aucun horaire-Service après vente nul, ne répond pas au question et ils vous prennent pour des imbéciles. Mentionnent que les remboursements sont possible dans les 24h00 après la commande, ce n'est pas vrai et ce, même si l'on a pas pu utiliser le billet par leur faute!!!!
Wir haben zweit Tickets für eine Tour in London gekauft. Leider fingen ab Nachmittags die Probleme an. Erst mussten wir fast 45 Minuten auf einen Bus warten (Fahrttakt eig. 15 Minuten) und der fuhr dann nur noch bis zu einem bestimmten Punkt der Strecke und ließ einige Stopps aus. Dann mussten wir wieder 30 Minuten auf den nächsten Bus warten - der uns dann mitteilte nicht weiter zu fahren. Als dann schließlich nach weiteren 10 Minuten der nächste Bus kam, nahm der uns zwar mit - aber auch nur einige Stationen. Dann fuhr auch er nicht weiter. Wir haben dann aufgegeben. Die Busse waren dreckig - der Audio-Guide lief verzögert und brach ständig mitten in Erklärungen ab. Diese enttäuschende Erfahrung hat uns mehr als 50 Euro gekostet. Ich habe mich damals direkt beim Kundenservice beschwert und bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Stattdessen wird man immer wieder vertröstet "das Local-Office" würde sich melden um alles zu klären. Kontaktdaten von diesem "Local-Office" bekommt man nicht. Es meldet sich also niemand bei mir und kontaktieren kann ich auch niemanden. Das Geld ist wohl weg - dafür aber auch ich als Kundin.
I don't want to recommend for this place unless their Red Line is the only way you can see the coast. We went when it was raining, why is the coach still an open top so as well as getting wet, I got cold. The commentary didn't work either. The blue line had awful screeching brakes for 90% of the journey which did not make me feel safe. Almost everybody were getting public buses, this service is hourly so I'm not sure that it's value for money. Their terms and conditions are appalling so I will be raising this when I return to the UK with an ombudsman. We do use this company quite a lot but there should certainly be accountability.

Dublin... Purchased the 48hr ticket. Was pleased with tour of Dublin. Stopped at all the main sights we were interested in. Preferred the two drivers who had local knowledge. This was vital on one night as a riot broke out in the city centre. Tony our driver dropped us of as close to our hotel as he could. He told us how to get there safely. Big thanks to him he was great....
Although, through no fault of the operator, there were protests going on so roads were closed and the route had to be changed. We caught the red route from Waterloo and were sat in traffic jams for two and a half hours before deciding to get off at Hyde Park. There was hardly commentary most of the journey as we were mainly off route. My main gripe is it cost £75 for a morning sat on a bus in traffic, with no chance of some sort of compensation. Our train journey home had a 45 minute delay, but was able claim back 30% of the tickets price
Rome. Purchased a 2 day ticket from a kiosk. Once we validated it we were told some stops maybe suspended. Validated ticket at 11.00 by the time we got the stop after the coliseum the service was suspended. They advised tree in the road. We walked to the next stop and whilst the red buses were not going to the vatican the green ones were. The staff were very rude at the stops. There is no language barrier when they take your money but failed to understand when there was a problem. It turns out there was a large march in Rome that day so they made a decision not to run the buses past 1.00pm. We ended up walking into a large march. We had purchased a 48 hour ticket. In hindsight it would have been cheaper to get taxis. The audio was not very engaging and played too much music.
Terrible tour All the sound was to let you know the name of the next stop and out of 30 stops 20 of them were pick up/ drop off points so it took forever to get where you wanted to go Save your money and have a better experience and use a scheduled bus service
I booked a bus tour for Barcelona and my flight was delayed, I asked for a refund as there was now no possibility for me to use this tour at another point on my short stay, I even emailed them and explained my situation and there was no understanding and no refund, this is not ethical business especially when my flight being delayed is out of my hands.
We bought for €62.5 two adult and one child ticket. We steped on the red line in Malaga at stop 6. 1) Sitting on the bus, there was only music on the headphones and no explanations. I went to the bus driver, he changed something and then there was one explanation, but again mostly music. I went again to the bus driver and he said it has something to do with the wether, which I did not understand. From this kind of bus tours, I am used to mainly explanations over the headphones and only little music in between. 2) Furthermore, there was no connection from red to the green line at stop 1 (main train station). We would have had to wait one hour for the green line. We left the bus and drove by taxi to the Botanical Garden. We took the green line back from the Botanical Garden at 17:45, there was no explanation on this bus at all, though there was a movie screen and loud speakers. 3) Though on the webpage it says that the last bus departs at 19:00, at station 2 and 3 of the red line at 18:00 there was no time for a red line mentioned any more, only combined lines were still going. 4) So we had to run to the main train station to catch one of those last combined purple line buses. On this bus, the audio quality was very bad and all the connectors we used had a loose contact, so that the little explanations that came were hard to understand. I am used to much more quality by these kind of hop-on hop-off tours and I am very disappointed by the service here in Malage. Taking a bus, we would have got the same service and only paid about €15. Sending feedback to the company they refused a refund.
I purchased a ticket for October 24, 2023 for Oslo online. When I arrived in Oslo, they were not even operating that day. They have refused a refund, beware.
Very bad services. Unreliable informations about time tabel for departures. When at last the bus is there, there is no vacant seats. Then you have to wait another 30 minutters.
The experience with Citysightseeing Genova was a nightmare. We were told that a bus of the blue or red line departs every 15 minutes. The red line, however, only came every 35 minutes. We had to wait 75 minutes for the blue line, which had no audio. The next one arrived after another 45 minutes with audio, and then they switched it to the red line. We barely saw anything as we were constantly waiting for the bus. We kindly request a full refund for this unreliable service. Unfortunately, Citysightseeing has lost us for future city travels. P.S: In the photos, there's a cheeky response from the bus office. There were only 2 buses - one for the red line and the other for the blue line - we saw the same drivers. If the bus doesn't have an audio guide, it doesn't fulfill its purpose. Our recommendation to other tourists: use public transportation; you'll get around faster.
The information given on the tour can be so much better. Tell us about the history, the vikings ... not the food!!!! Very disappointed in the commentary. Purple and green tours can't really be labelled hop on hop off if you only go past every 2 hours. The staff are lovely though.
Stornierung sind nicht möglich!!! Auch wenn man den Dienst nicht nutzen konnte. Bei den Bussen sollte man 1 Stunde warten und das Schiff war defekt. Erfahrungen in Palma 02.10.2023. Die Mails weden nur per Maschine beantwortet. Wir werden jetzt den Kaufbetrag über unsere Kreditkarte zurück holen.

Pre-booked tickets online without realising digital tickets could only be redeemed from 1 specific stop on the route (advert says Sliema Ferries stop). Contacted their support to try and cancel the tickets which had not been redeemed, only to be rejected and referred to the terms and conditions. Subsequently, we attempted to redeem the digital tickets from the advertised stop (which required us to pay for a boat transfer to Sliema from Valletta) only to be informed by a member of staff that the digital tickets needed to be redeemed from another stop, at Valletta Harbour. Responded to their customer services arguing the advert was false advertisement, as the tickets could not be redeemed in the location advertised, and requested a refund again. Still no response following several emails. Awful customer service and would highly recommend avoiding this company, or at the very least avoiding purchasing digital tickets.
