Boarded the Bus at London Eye on26/07/24. Immediately I heard the driver speaking via radio that roads were closed due to a demonstration. We did travel a small part of the route but arrived back 1hr 30mins later after being stuck in traffic most of the time. I asked the ticket seller for a refund but as an hour had expired he told me to contact customer services,which I did. After two weeks I am still waiting for my refund. I appreciate it's not the companies fault about the road closures, but I should never have been sold the tickets initially as they already knew roads were closed.
Stiamo parlando di Siviglia. Autobus con clima non funzionante nella parte inferiore (perfetto con temperatura a 37°). Dicono che il passaggio è ogni 20 min, MAI prima di 30 min. Alle fermate non ci sono cartelli. Non esiste un App che ti consenta di capire dove è e quando indicativamente potrebbe arrivare il prossimo bus.
They added a refund refusal by having a starting spot on the tour, but without posting that in the emailed instructions. Refused to give a refund, but the buses were too full to get on. Terrible company and will never use them again.
Wir wollten den City Sightseeing Bus in Glasgow nutzen. Erst im Bus erfuhren wir, dass mehrere Haltestellen nicht angefahren werden können. Obwohl wir online gebucht hatten, gab es dazu vorab keine Info. Den bei Buchung angegebenen Audioguide in mehreren Sprachen gab es nicht. Stattdessen gab es einen Livekommentar auf Englisch, der für die Kinder leider nicht zu verstehen war und keinen Audioguide. Als wir dann ausgestiegen waren und zurück in den Bus wollten, mussten wir ein paar Haltestellen weiter aussteigen und sollten in einen total überfüllten Bus wechseln. Wir haben den Bus dann verlassen und der nächste Bus fuhr dann fast leer los, weil vorher alle zusammengequetscht wurden.
Utilizamos el servicio en Sevilla, el 29 de julio de 2024 El recorrido es bastante completo, pero los omnibuses no tenían techo en la parte alta, por lo que si querías ver todo claramente desde la altura tenias que ir al sol radiante con una temperatura de 38 grados Celsius. Deberían tener omnibuses con techo superior para estos días de verano. El otro problema grave que tuvimos fue que el coche matricula 5097 CVZ,(chofer numero 227) hoy 29/7 a las 7.20pm no paro como corresponde en la parada 14 de la Plaza de Armas, por lo que no vio que estábamos ahi esperando para subir y a pesar de los gritos nuestros para que parara siguió de largo, por lo que pasamos una situación muy frustrante. Queremos denunciar la falta profesionalismo y empatía del chofer de referencia.
We ordered tickets online worth €83 for the service in Madrid. 2 adults and 3 children in the high temperatures. The service did not turn up at the stop even though while we waited another tour bus company had 3 buses pass by. I cancelled and now 10 days later there is no option to get my refund. I never used the service. The website is misleading customers by promoting free cancellation and flexible vouchers valid for 12 months. This is false advertising. Do not use this service in Madrid.
I purchased ticket from City Sightseeing. When I went to the hop on hop bus. They didn't find my ticket and I was unable to download the ticket from my email also.Again I have to buy tickets directly to complete my tour. I raised cancellation request which is not yet approve. So far I didn't get any response from customer service. There is no phone number mentioned so I can call to team.please help to get refund.
I booked tickets for the Hanoi bus tour at 10am having been led to believe I can download them and will also receive them by email immediately. Neither of these things happened and after chasing I eventually received them at 3pm, far too late to actually use them that day and we were leaving at 9am the next day. I have contacted the company twice to request a refund and have had no response at all.
Lack of Russian Language. What kind of a populist move is it? I am very glad that there are audio tracks for Ukrainian language!! But you cannot just ban Russian language if you do not agree with its government. Please do not forget how many countries speak Russian apart from Russia: Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan and many others. By removing Russian language you effectively restrict millions of tourists, especially elder population, from accessing your tour, just because your company wanted to follow the latest trend. On top of that the quality of the audio tour is very poor. You can barely hear it and there is not so much information. 90% of it is just music
Budapest, bus transferred us from an open top to a closed top on the hottest day (35 degrees), then left a full load of passengers for 10 minutes with no air conditioning whilst the driver took a break, constantly asked if air conditioning could be put on and told no, everyone on board absolutely baking. Not a great deal of care shown to customers at all, will never use again in Budapest
Auf keinen Fall dort buchen! Wir haben die Tour durch Lissabon gebucht und es hat von Anfang an nicht gepasst. - Die Haltestellen werden nicht - wie auf der Website - angefahren. - Bei den Haltestellen herrscht absolutes Chaos, weil keiner sagen kann, welcher der richtige Bus ist (nicht einmal die Guides vor Ort) - Das Einsteigen dauert ewig, weil der Busfahrer nicht nur die Tickets scannt, sondern auch die Buchungsnummer abschreiben muss. - Die Audio-Guides waren offensichtlich defekt, da die Infos immer mitten unter dem Satz abgebrochen sind. - Nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit bei einer Station kam zwar ein Bus und ließ Leute aussteigen, aber niemanden mehr wieder einsteigen. Auf den nächsten Bus zu warten, hätte zu lange gedauert - schließlich sind die Frequenzen extrem schlecht. - Bei meiner Beschwerde im Nachhinein direkt bei City Sightseeing wollte man zwar meine negativen Erfahrungen wissen, aber niemand hat sich entschuldigt. Stattdessen hat man mir lächerliche EUR 11,- rücküberwiesen. Offensichtlich ist Kundenservice kein wirkliches Thema für dieses Unternehmen!
Eigentlich eine schöne Tour, wenn der Busfahrer auch alle Haltestellen anfahren würde. In unserem Falle hatte er nach dem Ende der Tour den Ausgangspunkt nicht wieder angefahren. Sehr ärgerlich. So mussten wir uns noch eine Runde antuen.
Woah. Yesterday our family travelled to York (UK) for a day trip, and planned using City Sightseeing "hop on, hop off" bus tour to see the city (we have used such a service in other cities successfully). The advert indicated 15 minutely bus departures, but being June they explained (after we'd purchased the ticket) the departures would be 30 minutely. After lunch, without notification, the service suddenly stopped, leaving us with two children and several other customers stranded at their bus stop. In fact there was a sign with schedule at the stop indicating rides should continue for several more hours. After a long wait we paid for travel back to the train station, missing several of the sights we planned to see. Hopeless!
Sightseeing in Edinburgh. Frequent busses. Affordable prices and unique customer service. Really had a good time using your busses. And the personal is very friendly and helpful. These guys and girls really needs an appraisal.
Nell insieme l’idea è molto carina e utile, purtroppo nel tour a Roma abbiamo riscontrato un paio di problemi,primo : 1 pullman su 3 funzionava la guida con le cuffie, in più pagato biglietto intero che doveva andare dalle 8 alle 19, e dopo la prima fermata ci dicono che alcune fermate (3 di esse ,e ovviamente quelle nel centro , quindi Colosseo ecc) alle 14,30 avrebbero smesso di funzionare, secondo me x correttezza , 1 ) si dice prima di acquista i biglietti, in modo che posso decidere cosa fare 2) visto che offri mezzo servizio fai pagare mezzo importo ! Per il resto anche il personale alle fermate e gli operatori sul pullman li ho trovati molto gentile e disponibile
Dreadful customer service We booked a bus after being assured it had disabled access, however the driver said there wasn’t so had to push and pull my friend onto the bus, we didn’t get off because getting back on would be so difficult and painful However at the end of the trip I noticed a pull down step at the back which seemed to surprise the driver, of course made it easy to get off, but our trip was spoilt as we didn’t get off to see the beautiful sights due to the trauma of getting on Wouldn’t use them again and if I could give a minus star I would
Geboekt in Sevilla...3 bussen rijden er rond. Dag 1: 1 uur wachten op een bus, deze was volzet, mogen wachten op bus 2...staand 4 haltes verder moeten rijden. Dan pas een zitplaats. Dag 2: de halte waar we stonden te wachten (torre de los perdigones) was blijkbaar gecancelled. Dit pas te weten gekomen door te bellen naar het info nummer. Gevolg, een half uur stappen naar de volgende halte! Nooit, nooit meer. Gebruik uber of een taxi om ter plaatse te komen. Veel sneller en goedkoper!!!!
My recent experience with your service has been nothing short of a total disaster. Extremely disappointing to their services. After purchasing a ticket for Portugal city-sightseeing online and attempting to use it promptly, I found myself unable to board any of the buses despite waiting for over an hour or two. The frequency of the buses is minimal, the buses themselves are small, and they are consistently full. It's evident that they are unable to fulfill its promises. Upon realizing the difficulty in utilizing the ticket, I decided to cancel. However, I was informed that my cancellation request was rejected due to their 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy is incredibly unfair to consumers, as it penalizes us for circumstances beyond their control and holds then 0 accountability for its poor services. As someone residing in Singapore, it is not feasible for me to travel to Europe annually. Yet, the company expects customers to utilize their tickets within a year, disregarding the fact that it may not be possible for everyone. Furthermore, I reached out via email seeking alternative resolution e.g change this ticket for simple price ticket in other countries I am going to visit, but my communication was ignored. This lack of response further adds to the frustration and disappointment I have experienced with them. I love to warn all of you to stay away from their services because this is a total scam!😡😡😡😡
Pessimo servizio. Tour insoddisfacente, nessuna attenzione per i clienti. Nel tour di Monreale, nonostante piovesse a dirotto, hanno portato i clienti con autobus completamente aperto e senza protezioni per la pioggia. Nessuna cura da parte del personale presente sull'autobus. Risultato....una bella influenza, e quindi vacanza rovinata. I tour in citta inutili e privi di interesse culturale.

Aug 18,2024Ich bin gerade in Moskau. Ein Tagesticket kostet stolze 3400 Rubel für Ausländer. Das sind über 36,- Euro. Russen zahlen deutlich weniger. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Die gesamte Tour dauert nur 2 Stunden! Das Geld für diese Tour kann man sich sparen.
