May 03,2024I’ve rated one star as there wasn’t an option for none. Poorly signposted. Some of the stops not even in use. Bus falling apart. Half the receivers for headphones didn’t work. I spent more time in traffic jams than sightseeing. Bus is crammed with people standing too. Palma sightseeing tour. Your company may see millions of passengers a year. Probably best you don’t try and cram them all on one bus. Waste of money and woefully disappointing at best.

May 01,2024Personal unfreundlich, Kopfhörer wurden erst 2 Stationen später ausgeteilt, viel Musik und wenig Informationen über die Stadt, Informationen kamen erst als man bereits vorbei war. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Apr 21,2024The tour is not worth the money! We waited for the bus for an hour at the Park of Nations in Lisbon. During this time drove 2 other buses from other companies. There is no schedule anywhere, just stand and wait. The audio guide is terrible. Portuguese music plays on headphones 90% of the time on the route. In the remaining 5%, when the voice says something, it is an absolutely unrelated and not interesting story in 2 sentences. As a result, we read everything on Wikipedia. The impressions were bad. It costs a maximum of 5 euros for the red and blue route.

Apr 20,20245-minutes after purchase I requested a refund. 1- I could not and 5-days later still cannot download the ticket 2- no confirmation has come through 3- my money has been taken 4- in the tiny print on the page refresh after taking my money it states that there is only one alighting point. For me this is 4-miles away. Not at all what the sales blurb said. 100 messages - emails, chat bot, WhattsApp and calls- 5 days later and finally a response- I am too late. No mention of the utterly disgusting ‘service’ of time and effort on my part, just too late, no refund. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING, LAZY, DO NOT CONFORM TO THEIR T&C’s AND EMPLOY FALSE ADVERTISING.

Apr 14,2024Wir haben eine Bootstour in Budapest gebucht. Das Boot war dermaßen überladen, (nichtmal ein Sitzplatz vorhanden) dass wir das Boot VOR dem ablegen wieder verlassen haben. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Apr 03,2024Ganz schlechte Tourplanung. Busse sind nicht aufeinander abgestimmt! Abfahrtszeiten sind trotz Vorsaison nicht im Ansatz genau. Wir wollten mit der grünen Linie fahren und wurden kreuz und quer zu Punkt 1 geschickt, wo dann der Bus einfach an uns vorbeigefahren ist. Wir haben mit der App navigiert und standen exakt auf dem bezeichneten Abfahrtspunkt. Der nächste Bus wäre zwei Stunden später gefahren, das wollten wir nicht warten und sind dann teuer mit dem Taxi zum Hotel, obwohl wir es so geplant hatten, dass wir an Punkt 12 nahe unseres Hotels hätten aussteigen können! Mangelhafter Service bei der Beschwerdestelle, wir wurden einfach abgewimmelt! Ach ja, die Busse waren alt und viele Kopfhörerbuchsen ausgeleiert. Das bin ich von Bigbus-Tours anders gewohnt! Wo es möglich ist, werde ich wieder big Bus und nicht citysightseeing Tours buchen. Zu viert kommt man günstiger, wenn man sich einen privaten Reiseführer nimmt, oder bei getyourguide eine Tour bucht!

Mar 27,2024Just don’t get off the bus. The bus ride is good, but as soon as you get off there are long waiting times to get back on. The promised half hour interval does not work. Alternative: big bus hop-hop off

Mar 26,2024My family and I had an awful experience at Sintra today. We paid 88 euros and were promised a "hop on, hop off" service. The four of us hopped off at Pena Palace and afterwards we had to wait for an hour in the wind and rain with other passengers. I tried to phone Customer Services, but no one would answer the phone. Feeling completely abandoned, we eventually gave up and caught a taxi, which cost a further 15 euros, back into the town. Thanks for nothing City Sightseeing Tours. What a huge disappointment.

Durante la mia permanenza a Roma cn la mia famiglia abbiamo utilizzato i vari trasporti di Roma...Con la Vostra realtà in Particolare,ci tengo ad esprimere che ho trovato personale gentilissimo, e che si faceva in quattro per soddisfare le varie esigenze...Di tutti Noi! Mar 08,2024Hop on - Hop off Touren sind generell eine gute Möglichkeit, eine Stadt zu erkunden. Allerdings muss alles reibungslos funktionieren. Das war leider hier nicht der Fall. Wir hatten eine 48-Stunden-Tour gebucht. Am ersten Tag stiegen wir in guter Erwartung am Haltepunkt an der Siegessäule aus, um nach deren Besichtigung am gleichen Punkt wieder in den nächsten Bus einzusteigen. Der aber fuhr diesen Punkt gar nicht mehr an. Wenn wir nicht kulanterweise von einem anderen Unternehmen, also von der Konkurrenz!! mitgenommen worden wären, wären wir dort gar nicht mehr weggekommen. Am nächsten Tag das gleiche Spiel: Der Bus hielt nicht am Haltepunkt, obwohl wir dort gestanden haben. Wir mussten zum nächsten Haltepunkt dem Bus hinterherlaufen. Im Bus selbst waren viele Audio-Anschlüsse defekt, so dass man einfach nichts gehört hat von der Stadtführung. Obwohl die Busse bis 17.30 Uhr fahren sollten, war spätestens um 17.00 Uhr Schluss! Zudem waren zwei längere Pausen mit jeweils 20 Minuten auf der Strecke. Das passt nicht zum Hop on-Hop off-Konzept!

Mar 04,2024We purchased 2 essential tickets in Malaga. The only reason I purchased that package was to use the bus and the boat trip. Very disappointed that they can advertise a boat trip take your money, cancel the boat yet keep your money. Also note the yellow line to the Botanical Gardens is nothing more than a bus transfer service, no audio tour on that line.

Feb 18,2024I bought 2 x 48hr passes for Budapest city tour. We stood at bus stop 11 (as per the online map and location service) as it was the nearest to our hotel. 2 busses passed us although we waved they didn’t stop. We walked to the next stop and It turns out that the stop and the location do not align with reality, the paper map is slightly better but not much. We found the same again later when we alighted at stop 16 and the walked back to stop 17. The drivers just shoot on past, we had no idea why they were not stopping. The included boat trip was good, but on line it showed pier 9, in reality it is pier 6 but at least we found an agent on the piers to check with. We wasted at least 2 hours of our precious time in Budapest due to these errors. Definitely not worth the money (£35 each), the trams are much cheaper and easier to use. Annoying app that keeps restarting too. The customer service number and email for Budapest are incorrect too. Update March 9: I emailed head office and they have looked into this, customer services sent a partial refund, however, they have not yet updated the interactive map for Budapest on their main site.

Feb 12,2024Lieber nicht! Die Haltestellen werden mehr oder weniger, je nach Lust und Laune angefahren. Wegen einer Sperrung waren die Busfahrer der Meinung, manche Haltestellen nicht mehr anfahren zu müssen. Obwohl die Haltestellen außerhalb der gesperrten Zone waren. Man hätte einfach wenden müssen. Mehr nicht. Zum Glück hat uns dann netterweise ein Bus der Konkurrenz mitgenommen. Also lieber wo anders diese Tour buchen. Dazu kam noch, dass die Hälfte der Kopfhöreranschlüsse im Bus nicht funktionierten. Auch stimmt das Fahrtenende nicht. Bei der Buchung wird 17.30 Uhr als Ende angegeben. Aber bereits um 17 Uhr werden keine Busse mehr angetroffen. Als Fazit: Hopp on hopp off lohnt sich, aber nicht mit City sightseeing Berlin.

May 06,2024Terrible experience,road closures meant we missed parts of the tour we wanted to see but missed and wasn't told before we brought our ticket ,went an hour over ,dangerous conditions on board with people standing on top and falling all over passengers sat down who couldn't see anything because of standing and the bus driver just kept letting people on,even the stairs were blocked with people.It got so bad a couple of older passengers were panicking trying to get off,It was the worst 3 hours of my life ,never again will i ever use this company again,save your money ,oh and the earphones didn't work either.
