Kesha’s customer service is what made my experience excellent. She didn’t make an assumption, she asked clarifying questions and she provided troubleshooting solutions that were not previously provided for the issues I’ve been having for months. If I wanted to leave CPI, she is what kept me as a customer because of her EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

I just got off the phone with Travis and also his staff Miss Marcia are you all best employeesI have been with this Company for a long period of time and for the first time in a long time I finally got a hold of someone that was honest and knew what they was talking about and very knowledgeable keep staff like that and you all will be number one. They need a raise or higher position so they can train all y’all staff to be like them.

Avoid this corporation at all costs! Their equipment is not as good as the self-installed options (like Ring). And they are not interested in trying to compete and get better. Instead, their business model is to trap people into 5-year contracts, which they do not provide ANY way to get out of, without buying out the entire thing. Their contracts are 5 years, but their warranty on their products is only 1. That should tell you everything you need to know about what the next 5 years of your life will be like if you make the mistake of signing anything with them

It’s refreshing to have someone listen and take the time to explain your options. Jason Scranton, CPI representative did just that and I was appreciative of the time he invested in me being knowledgeable of all of my options. In today’s culture, you don’t often get excellent customer service.

Both Christian and Brandon were very efficient in setting up our system. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They took the time to go through the Panel with us and set up the App. The App is very easy to use. Information easily accessed from the Dashboard.

Aaron is an outstanding technician. He crawled in my attic to find the best location for my outdoor camera, explained each step for installation, and made recommendations for follow-up. He is a knowledgeable technician and a super polite, kind, helpful man.

From the very start, we realized that the CPI sales personnel along with other personnel is a very professional security company! They explained and presented their security system, along with various options, that fit our needs as to the system we needed, not what they could sell us! The technician was outstanding throughout the installation. Very professional, neat and very thorough.

I did not like my experience with Emily, the rep. I was scheduled for a call at 5:30 to see if we could fix my doorbell. The rep called me at 6:30, which was an hour late. We were sitting down for dinner so I told him that we had to reschedule. We rescheduled the next fay for the same time 5:30. I got the call from Emily with CPI at 5:25. I told the rep that I was 2 minutes away from my house. Based on her response over the next few seconds I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I quickly explained that she was 5 minutes early for the call. Her response was I was scheduled for 5:15 and not 5:30, AND that she had another call at 5:30. First, she is 10 minutes late (if my appointment was really at 5:15). Second if she has a call at 5:30 why is she calling me at 5:25. After I got to my doorbell, which was before 5:30, we tried to correct my problem. I felt like Emily was very condescending the whole conversation. She did try to troubleshoot my problem, but I felt like I was asking to much of her. At the point that she told me to unscrew the doorbell, I told her that I would prefer to have someone to come to my house. If I'm paying CPI for a service, and I'm not going to repair the problem myself. Since we upgraded our system to the camera and doorbell, we've had a whole host of problems. If I had to do it over again, I would NOT do it.
