If I could rate no stars would be better. Once they have your money there is no way to contact them. Will not answer the phone, just put you on hold for hours. Booked us in the wrong cabin after confirming it on phone several times. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Overall very good Booking experience
I will not use this company again!! Booked a balcony room, decided to upgrade, upgrade was handled, I paid for the upgrade then found out my upgrade has an obstructed view!! Called Cruise.com, operator told me that Carnival was closed when I called. I called Carnival they were open. But was told if I wanted to make changes I needed to go through my booking agent. Went to the chat with Cruise.com, she told me I had to call in, but there were notes from my previous call that said I did not want to be put on hold and that I would call the next day. I told her to go back and listen to the recording, I never said a word about being on hold. I call the next day and then after 2+ hours on the phone was told there is nothing that can be done. Carnival is out of space. Fine, refund my upgrade charge, buy me a drinks package do something for your customer. Nope, they don't care... Why was an obstructed view sold as a up grade?? I should have done this myself... Be Careful of this industry, they really don't care when they already have your money. Edit: Was asked to call to talk about experience but was given the number of a travel agent who could care less about what happened.
Cruse.com representative did not respond to you the problems I was having while on vacation. I had left numerous messages during the cruise without response. I also called when we returned home and still has not still not gotten a response from your representative. The problem was that we were not given certain amenities that were promised and then written matter. Please call me at 917-841-5832. I’d like to speak to one of your executives regarding this matter. At this point I will never and I repeat never use cruse . com again nor will I recommend it to anyone thank you

This is second time we’ve booked with this travel site . They have always been very responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries .
The cruise was great; the excursion was not great. Plastic chairs, large dogs pooping on the beach; not the experience I was looking forward to. Also, our cruise was 10/20 - 10/26 and I still have NOT received my $50 Visa gift card. I’ve called several times and I get nowhere with the representative.

They even have options for excursions that are cheaper than through the cruise line and awesome resort day passes.
