Would like to make others aware of their so-called "hold" policy. I placed a cruise on hold while I explored flight options knowing that if I could not find an affordable flight for my family, I would have to forego that particular cruise. Called back the very next day ready to book the cruise just to find out that the agent, Greg Kelley, put the wrong itinerary/cruise on hold for me and the pricing had increased. Silly me, but I fully expected them to honor the pricing seeing that it was of no fault of my own. However, the manager would not even play-back the recording of my conversation with the agent to verify that it indeed was a mistake on their end. I was told it was because I had not officially "booked" the cruise. So of course my response was...."isn't that the purpose of putting the reservation on "hold"...so that it locks in the pricing for a day or two until you decide"? I was told no, the hold doesn't do anything. So I asked, "then why have it and continue to promote something that is meaningless"??? So angry and so disappointed as this was the first trip my daughters and I would have taken since Covid started over 2 years ago. Now, because of THEIR mistake, I can no longer afford this particular trip as the price has increased significantly! Will no longer do business with them going forward!
Rhonda was beyond helpful. She patiently took the time to get me the best cruise deal possible. She also did an excellent job of reviewing all the relevant details of my cruise to ensure I fully understood all of the information associated with my cruise. I was very impressed with her professionalism.

What a SCAM, Stranded in New York by Cruises.com. We booked with this company Cruises.com for a NCL Bahamas cruise, agent was helpful booking everything for us. With that said they booked us a flight that landed in New Jersey and booked us a hotel over an hour away at JFK, using toll roads at my cost of $150 to get from airport to hotel. If we didn’t use toll roads it was a 7.5 hour taxi ride.Then the travel vouchers they gave us were no good, we paid for transportation and got FAKE vouchers that the company would not back up even with their mistakes leaving us stranded across country in New York. We had to get all our ground transportation by our selves on New Years . Not easy to do and the stress well wow. Now they won’t give us our transportation money back and the agent will not answer her phone for at least 3 weeks now and still trying to get ahold of her. If you feel like getting ripped off then us this company…Scam alert with this company. Cruises.com is a rip off. When calling cruises.com they would not help at all and told me your on your own. Stranded in New York City by cruises.com. Update cruises.com reached out to me and asked for 24-48 hours to research and get back to me, well the 48 hour mark has passed with no one from cruises.com getting back to me. Cruises.com is a SCAM. Uber from hotel to port was $87 Taxi from airport to hotel $150 Fake transportation vouchers $75 The only way you can get Cruises.com to contact you is slam them on social media.
It was very easy on my part I called David helped me and it was done!!!! I had tried to do it online for 2 days but it kept saying that I had to talk to someone the Norwegian website was all messed up it took David about 30 min to do the same thing as I tried but he did get through!
I dealt with Amy when I called to cancel an upcoming cruise. She was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She explained the whole process including what fees I was responsible for that wouldn't be refunded, etc. Since I had a future cruise credit tied into the booking, along with the fact I intended to take a cruise in the future, she was able to assist me in re-booking a cruise for 2023. Kudos to Amy and Cruises.com for their excellent customer service! R Hudgins

Calling to set up the reservation for the cruise was difficult. We were promised a $50 Visa card for both parties that signed up for the cruise but could only activate one, which was disappointing. I hope the actual trip is much better than the preview

I was a little confused because I believed I was getting a larger on board credit, that’s why we signed up to go. You stated an on board credit up to $1500. Looks like we’re getting $50. Is this right?
False advertisement! They do not live up to their promises. I lost over 10 hours of work trying to fix their screw ups, and they still screwed me out of $200. Do not book with this company
