The representative was great and so helpful. She was very informative and polite. I wish there was a discount price for children up to 17 years old., or students in general. There should be a discount as well for medical assistants and nurses as well.

We had a very patient representative from Cruises.com working with us to can cel one cruise and reserve another. They were very knowledgeable and helpful as we went through the process. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Martin was a pleasure to work with. Very patient with us as we had to get additional info for some of the 8 folks we were booking on the cruise. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Booked a European NCL cruise 6 months in advance with cruises.com, who position themselves as the 'experts'. 2 weeks before the cruise I got a notification from NCL saying there were some rules in effect and I needed to prove citizenship or residency in another country. I called cruises.com, and they connected me with NCL and confirmed that my documents were enough. Flew all the way from California, and got denied boarding without any refund. I wish I had booked directly with NCL and not had the man-in-the-middle called cruises.com who created all this mess and refused to provide a discount. Typical bait-and-switch appoach.

The reservation was tedious but expected. Needed to follow with Agrnt, who was great , but not assessable for folliwup. Spoke to another agent who made derogatory comments toward me & my original agent …. That was a huge turn-off. We will think hard the next time about using cruises.com

Yes , I will never recommend using Cruises.com. This is my first and last time booked through them. The agent didn't know that MSC offers shuttle from Airport to Port Canaveral round trip. The dinner time Cruises.com Changed in MSC cruise never reflected in real time. We have to struggle to change onboard. He gave me misinformation. Seems like Cruises.com doesn't train agents or use unskilled employes. I have to change another agent after calling many times. It is a nightmare. It becomes a nightmare to change anything on our cruise programs through cruises.com. I would recommend cruise lovers to book directly from cruise line website.Because you are not benefiting booking through Cruises.com. I would look at the hot deals on their websites and then book from cruise line website.

Great price, but I don’t know what other fees I will incur. Or the onboard credit that I will receive. Also don’t know about cost for drinks or how much or how to pre purchase shore excursions

Though their customer service rep was very friendly, their website is totally misleading. You need to read the fine print regarding the "gratuities for 2 included", which is only offered IF you call them directly to book NOT online. Who would ever think to do that?
