Jun 26,2024Sarah was a real hero when our sale and purchase was completed at very short notice at the end of the week. This was partly due to the other solicitor’s constant delays and also as my wife had urgent medical needs the following week. Sarah pulled the deals together at extremely short notice, while correctly and honestly explaining that there was no guarantee, and she was in touch with us throughout. It all came together, and we are extremely grateful as the following week was very tough one for my wife and I. In the office, Abongile was always helpful and warm when we called for updates, and Molly too on the few occasions we spoke.

May 18,2024If you want to have a solicitor that replies to any queries in more than a week after chasing 3 times, then blames you for not seeing the non-existent out of office messages, then go with DG. If you want to have a solicitor that makes a mistake in arranging the documents 3 times, then go with DG. TrustPilot should really give us the option of giving a 0 star. One star doesn't serve the purpose.

Dutton Gregory systems are impressive - it's all online and straightforward to use. No messing around with loads of papers. Kirsty Petoe was a genuine pleasure to work with - friendly, professional and always calm and practical. She is one of the most responsive advisers I've worked with. I was naturally nervous when she said she'd be away on completion day but arranged for Tom Whatley to manage things. He kept in touch constantly and was a joy to deal with. She provided incredible support with our apartment purchase, making the whole process feel smooth and manageable, moving us in quicker then we had initially thought. She was always so quick to answer any questions we had, big or small, and it was great knowing that we had someone so reliable and on top of things all the time. Paige made this whole experience stress free and we are appreciative.

Hirakshi and her assistant Ayesha were both very professional and highly efficient in the way everything was dealt with and friendly with it. Always had great communication and any questions I raised were responded to very promptly. Definitely made the right choice using Dutton Gregory for the sale and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
