Jul 14,2023Absolutely awful. They will send you masses of documents with no context, and no assistance at helping you understand the legal terminology. All you get it one sentence replies. We've spent more time on this case than Dutton Gregory. It's an absolute shambles, they aren't solicitors, but glorified administration. EDIT: I've changed the rating. Once they put [Name Redacted at the request of Dutton Gregory] in charge of the case, communication improved dramatically and I found [Name Redacted at the request of Dutton Gregory]to be efficient, pro-active and infinitely better than Paige. If you have to use DG, request [Name Redacted at the request of Dutton Gregory]. EDIT2: DG have flagged my review as being against TrustPilot guidelines for using the name of the advisor who went above and beyond, so I've removed the name of the useful advisor.. Dios Mio.

Jul 07,2023Mariam Luqman dealt with the sale of one of my properties. The sale was very complex due to the nature of the property (a very large multi-occupancy Grade II listed building). Mariam was very responsive, prompt, informative and efficient throughout. I have been using Dutton Gregory for many years alongwith other firms of Solicitors but have found Dutton Gregory to be the most efficient and effective in getting transactions completed.

Jun 17,2023Horrible experience for my 1st time property buying with this “solicitor” . Lack of communication and without any clear instructions. Always unable to contact them, and doesn’t respond to voice messages. We felt that they are stand on the builder's side, not care our interests. Finally, we aborted our property buying at the very beginning stage due to a lack of confidence but still have to pay over half of the solicitor fee. Unfortunately, It was suggested by the builders. I would absolutely not recommend using this firm.

May 12,2023Awful company. Not sure how they are a qualified law firm who can’t do a simple job or be professional. Lack of communication and seem to do everything in there own time and to deadline. Takes 9 calls to not even hear one word back about a house sale. Would definitely not recommend them!

I contacted Dutton Gregory after the firm was recommended to me, and my case was initially handled by Lucy Harris who shortly after left the firm. My case was then taken care of by Elliott Jurd. Both has been very patient and very helpful, which made me feel the firm runs by highly professional solicitors. Elliott Jurd worked with me for nearly a year and he has always been there for me whenever I had a question or needed assurance, no matter how small or dull the question was. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again if I need to, anxiety-free!
