The outcome was better than we expected particularly given some particular and problematic challenges. Would look to re-engage in the future as needs dictate, without any hesitation.

Jan 28,2023Firstly, the company operate over 200 miles from our location in Norfolk. However, this did not prove any problem. Elliot Jurd and his team provided excellent advice on a difficult eviction process. Yes, if we had a similar problem again, we would without hesitation use their services again.

Outstanding value for money - a minimal charge secured an uncontested tenant eviction within 6 weeks, resolving what had been a highly stressful experience for us (our manipulative tenant made unfounded #metoo insinuations in an attempt to intimidate us). The eviction notice, with precise, detailed instructions and process advised to us, delivered vacant possession. This was a highly stressful situation for us but Anna Zulfukar was responsive, straightforward, patient and professional. I would recommend her and her team without hesitation.

There have been occasions where I have needed to evict a few tenants and in all cases the cases have completed to my satisfaction with great ease. There have been several different people who have carried out the work and all have been totally professional and competent. In each and every case all matters have been resolved to my 100% satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Dutton Gregory to anyone wishing to find a Solicitor to carry out Property matters, indeed I have already introduced several of my friends.

Keeping me well informed during the process and replying promptly to all my queries we had no problems at all and tho they may be abit more expensive than other companies it’s well worth the cost due to their expertise in this field. I suggest you do not use Dutton if you actually want to complete on a house purchase. They will string you along for months and have no intention of doing any work

Aug 18,2022This firm is the slowest and most unprofessional I have ever experienced. Sent us loads of documents to sign but, without any clear instructions. Have tried to contact them for little instructions or guidance to complete the documents but, no luck. After a month on, they have not started our case file yet. Staff seem to be on holidays quiet a lot. Only reason we had to use this firm as it was suggested by our builders. I would not recommend using them.
