Jul 25,2016I engaged these ambulance chasers to claim personal injury damages following a trip incident (third-party accepted liability). As matters progressed it became apparent that the "focus" was on their earnings potential rather than maximising the clients' potential claim to the point whereby they refused to take my direction. Yes, ultimately I did receive compensation but as is common, the law firm earned in excess of that with the combination of fees charged and full 25% cut of the proceeds.
