She did exactly as she promised and then facilitated my purchase of two Newton recliners and since it will be a few days before availability and shipment, she offered to keep me posted as the transaction materializes. She has an outstanding customer focus and temperament.

May 12,2020The rep you have by the name of James is simply incredible. He is the reason I bought the chair from your site as opposed to another whom my friend dealt with. James was beyond courteous but a "real" person to talk with. Heck, if I had the money I'd have bought 1. He truly sold me on the Osaki 4S and you should be lucky to have a salesman like him. I regret I couldn't say goodbye as I ordered he was gone.
