I called the E massage Chair Direct line and dealt with James he was very helpful . I called back three times with more questions , and he was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction . I had a very good dealing with the company through James and would recommend calling and asking for more information on your chair . I ended up purchasing the PC 610 chair upgrading from my original preference and I am so happy I did it .I like the way a PC 10 looks, and the quality appears to be very excellent . will let you know soon once my chairs is delivered . I have to say that that Matt at the Emassage Chair Store was one of the most customer oriented sales associates I have ever dealt with. There were a few concerns I had about ordering such a big purchase on line but I thought I would chance it because of the pandemic. If you are even thinking about purchasing a zero gravity chair this is the place to get it. I give them 10 out of 10 stars. Love the chair! Love the company!

I ordered and received my Svago chair and am very happy with it. However, I was not happy with the "white glove" delivery service, so I called Emassage customer service. Matt at Emassage could not have been more polite, empathetic, and helpful, and he resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I'd like to point out that Matt had provided stellar service during the sale and was ALSO responsive when I had a complaint, so he gets 10 stars. Thanks, Matt!
Ordered chair on Wednesday (10/21) night late and requested expedited shipping. Initially I wasn't happy because I couldn't get a status on shipping, but found out today it was shipped on 10/22.

I do stand by my original comments in regard to how the website should indicate possible back order scenarios. Regardless, I appreciate the outreach and look forward to getting my chair. I'll comment again when i receive my chair. I ordered a chair Svago ZGR Plus Zero Gravity Recliner - I immediately received a confirmation email but 5 days later no tracking information so I reached out to customer service. Speaking to the rep, she advised me that the chair is back ordered and that I have one reserved in the next shipment which will arrive sometime between tomorrow and 10/5, then its a 7-10 day lead time to deliver the purchase. The time does not bother me as much as the lack of communication or detail on the website. If a product is back ordered, that information should be disclosed prior to checkout and, at a minimum, reinforced in the confirmation email. It's not difficult to setup this capability in an automated order system and doing so conveys a level of trust for customers. Given that is an almost $2000 piece of furniture, an email or phone call would make sense after the purchase just as a courtesy to ensure the customer is clear on the situation and understands the additional lead time. The only reason I give 2 stars and not 1, is that the customer service agent was very good and thorough answering my questions. While I have not decided if I will seek a refund or keep my purchase, I will probably never shop at Emassagechair.com again. There is too much competition out there focused on customer experience and given these are premium products this company needs to focus more on earning and keeping consumer trust.

Been wanting a massage chair for my home office but the pandemic situation actually put my thoughts to action. I decided on this one with fair price after reading all the reviews and it was a good decision and best gift to my family and myself. Both my parents in the 80s love it. Many different functions and levels give a head to toe good work out which I have been missing since the initial lock down. Feel like heaven when I sleep in it and enjoy the music, the massage. I hope it will last for a long time. BTW, Matt at customer service was great and solved my color problem right away. Finally get some work out and relaxing at the same time. Well worth the money!
Do NOT purchase from this company. I brought a massage chair with them and they totally screw up the delivery. Mxxx Is their CS manager and he will lie and tell you all sorts of stories. I had to cancel my meetings and take time off because of their delivery issue and incompetence. Do NOT purchase anything from them, especially their so called white glove services. The delivery person end up dumping the chair in my garage and left. They send me an email with a video on how to put the chair together. After complaining for half a day, they finally committed to sending a technician out to assemble and move the chair inside my house. It was an nightmare experience because they will lie to you every chance they get. Updated: I found out that their delivery person only delivered one out of three boxes. Like I said, this company will lie and provide fake marketing material that they provide the best services. When I tried to post this review, they immediately reported it.

There was some shipment issues with my order, and Matt & Heather were extremely professional in resolving the issue. In fact, they took a loss in profit (although it may have been the manufacturer fault- and not theirs) to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I can personally attest that emassagechair.com is a reputable company who is run by extremely professional and customer-driven owners. If or when I purchase another massage device, I will definitely order it from them.
