Led by the incredibly kind Matt, the entire team went way above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in this purchase. There was never any pressure to do anything. Matt, James and Rhonda were Always there to answer any questions, day or night, and help educate us on this purchase. Never did we feel any push in any direction--it was all about helping us make a decision we felt comfortable with. Further, even though we had our sights set on a specific chair, Matt showed us many chairs to get as much context on different products as possible, so when we did finally make the decision to purchase, we felt extremely confident we made the right one. We cannot recommend Matt and Emassagechair anymore. Theyre the best.

He was able to help me pinpoint the perfect chair (Ogawa Smart 3D) given my body type, height, and massage preferences. Price was very reasonable too. Overall, very happy with emassagechair!

He listened to what I was looking for and asked my height to make sure the chair I was looking at would give me the proper massage to meet my expectations. Highly suggest talking to someone as there are many options and needs.
