I was looking for a massage chair for my husband that is 6"3 240. I search the Internet for about a week and was only getting more confused about which would be the best fit. That is when I called and spoke with James who was so knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I needed and made recommendations without trying to sell me the most expensive chair. I came late one evening to check out a chair, they arranged to stay late to accommodate me even though I know his family was waiting for him so they could have dinner together. Sean showed me several models and patiently waited for me to try as many as I wanted for as long as I liked. The chair actually blew me away how awesome it was. All of the chairs there were so nice it was tough to decide on one. Their pricing is exceptionally good, trust me you won't find a better deal on a quality chair anywhere! I am already telling all of my friends. If you are thinking about a massage chair, don't waste your money on a cheap chair. Matt and Sean know their stuff. Payment was a snap and they even helped load it in my truck. I could not be happier!!!

After deciding to retire my 15 year old Osaki massage chair, I called Emassage to discuss the many options on the market now. Heather in customer service did an outstanding job comparing the brands and models. She was very candid with her opinions, which I appreciated. I narrowed my selection to two Ogawa chairs. I called back the next day, asking for Heather again. She was unavailable,but Matt said he could help me. Matt referenced my conversation with Heather on the computer and after clarifying some questions about my selections. I decided on the Ogawa 3 D Smart chair. Matt took my order and payment and followed up with a confirming email. My chair should arrive in8-10 days( white glove delivery , of course). I found Emassage Customer Service to be extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and more than efficient in helping the customer understand the differences in each machine. I purchased a massage chair after much research, but when I chatted with eMassagechair to check on a shipping date, I was really surprised when Matt emailed me back asking questions about how I would use it and my physical characteristics. When I responded, I was even more surprised that Matt let me know that the chair I had purchased was probably going to be too snug to really enjoy. He went on to recommend several alternatives, and he specially priced a much better chair than my first choice so that it was just a few dollars more. Then he followed up with a phone call to make sure EVERYTHING was exactly as I wanted. Such personalized service in today's world surely sets them apart. Thanks, Matt

Emassagechair is fantastic. From first contact, to purchase and delivery, the company treated us like valued customers. Matt was a true pro at guiding us through the process, providing the opportunity to try several chairs. He provided his expertise (and patience!) in understanding the features of each of the products. He encouraged us to really experience each chair and select based on the quality of the massage, not price or "bells and whistles". After demo'ing several products during two separate visits, we kept coming back to the same chair. AND, it was one of the chairs that Matt had originally suggested based on his initial assessment of our needs. I cannot say enough about how great the buying experience was... great customer service, deep product expertise, and great pricing. I will definitely refer friends to emassagechair (assuming I ever get out of our massage chair!).

Even though I had done extensive research on massage chairs, the customer service was extremely helpful in confirming my choice of the chair we needed. I hope setup, delivery and service (if needed) will be as good.
I purchase a chair from this company for Christmas 2014 and due to a port strike ( beyond their control) they "upgraded" me to the Pro Dreamer chair which I finally received 2/21/15 and it arrived broken. The did replace the chair back ( within days) and it worked fine until January of this year( less than two years). Understand, when you purchase your chair your warranty is actually with a contractor (New Leaf) and YOU have to go back and forth with the two companies. My most recent experience started in early February. THREE VISITS that could "only be schedule when their Tech was in the area" and three diagnosis that ran the gambit of "this may not be repairable so they may buy you out of your contract" to "I believe I can fix the chair back", have resulted in my STILL waiting for repair on 5/3/17. This is rediculous! Our chair only has 50-60 hours of use and it's been down three times in two years! When it works it's nice but this has been more of a hassle than a customer should have to endure! My advice to potential buyers is to beware of the "5 year warranty" they seem to throw around! Trust me it's really like a battery warranty and the try to buy you out as soon as they can rather than repair it. Plus I have had to be the person calling them to ask them when things are scheduled rather than the them contacting me. Buyer beware! Jim Rozier Service # 10105199-2
