You would get 5 stars but dan tate hung the phone up on be after I told him I'm looking for prices he sent me how much it would be but I was trying to ask more questions to get more answers but I could the 2nd person I talk to was wonderful when called back and the bill guy Steve was also great other than that i am satisfied the pricing is right it's not too expensive it's great
They are not willing to my request of policy refund. Then I call twice because they do not call me back as they stated. They then call me a child for wanting to stay on the phone to get a refund but all they want to do is keep telling me they will call me back. Glad I sent email requests and paid via Credit Card. Scammers. Lance....you might want to use a different phone name LANCE!
If I could give 0 I truly would. This company is a complete SCAM beware!!! They will not cover covered components even if the part is listed on the contract. Please buy a legit extended warranty I’m sure this is ran by a guy in his garage
This Company is Rated 0!!!! Very Disrespectful and Rude!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ANSWERS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE WHATSOEVER!!!!!! SCAMMMM!!!!! I want to make one thing clear! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!!! This was my first time ever in my life to get an extended warranty. I must say, that this was the worst experience that I have ever experienced thus far. Everyone on here is unprofessional and rude. I was called a liar because I did not want to disclose my personal information to a company that would not explain the valid reason for there request. I made my payments each month on time for both vehicles and never gave this group any issues. When I cancelled my 2013 Audi A6 due to a total loss prior to this event. The Only thing the gentleman asked me at the time was “to state my reason”. So I did! He told me that I was canceled and no further billing will be posted. The vehicle was then canceled and I continued my contract with the second vehicle I had on file. Now for some reason, due to an unfortunate event that occurred, I made another request months down the road. What doesn't sit right with me is, why are you asking now for information that wasn’t asked before? and why do I need to verify my reason? If I’m paying for something that I requested (I don’t need a reason) !!!! The representative called me a liar and said that I made false statements and that they would not cancel it. He assumed I was being slick!!! So i sent them the current vehicle and the vehicle previous vehicle info. Just to show that you shouldn’t assume or speak to anyone in such manor. This was very unprofessional and I highly recommend that anyone that’s seeking any extended warranty protection should never sign up with this group (Empire Auto Protect) (DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME YOUR MONEY, YOUR ENERGY, SANITY OR ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE) you will regret. Also just to posed that I was not a liar I sent them a letter from both vehicles stating my total loss. This was the worst first time experience I’ve had ever had and will not ever do it again. SCAM!!!!

The representative I spoke to cut out all of the "fluff" and it didn't feel like he was "selling" me a plan. He was very informative, pleasant and respectful.

BUYER BEWARE. These people are scammers and will misrepresent material fact to coerce you into buying a “warranty” when they are, in fact, selling a Vehicle Service Contract (VSC). They also use fake reviews and put familiar logos on their website to boost credibility. Don’t be deceived by their website, their fake CEO, their fake names, or their fake press release. They will not honor the terms of the contract(s) they are selling, and they will not process your request for refund, even though you are due a prorated refund. They also make it very hard to sue them because they use Delaware’s state laws that protect business anonymity. These cowards, I think it might be like — 3 or 4 of them sitting in the same room — can’t even scam with conviction. UPDATE 8/8/2024: look at their boilerplate response to my review. Why would I call that number when the SOLE objective is to waste people’s time. SUUUUUCH inconsiderate scammers.
