Sep 27,2024SCAM!!! YE BE WARNED! Called to cancel because i found a local company the next day. Customer service immediately got mad threatening me to to repossess the car lol I lol so hard he got even more mad. Called me a b**ch. If they say the same to you don't fear they can't no legal binding contract was signed. I immediately hung up and called the CC company and reported it as fraudulent got a new card and they investigate them recommend you do the same this is a scam. So the CC company can black list this website.

Sep 24,2024WARNING: I signed my car up with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT bc it had gone out of warranty. We put it on my credit card for automatic payment each month. We had it 2 months & then traded the car in on a new one. Since it had new car warranty on it we didn't need the policy from EMPIRE. I called July 10th & cancelled the service. They billed me July 26th but I paid it bc I figured my cancellation hadn't worked through their system yet. Today I got another charge on my card for Aug 26th. Called them & told them I canceled their service & they needed to stop billing me & give me a refund. He told me I never canceled the service but admitted I called & told them we had sold the car & didn't need a policy on that car. WHAT?? He told me they would continue charging me & I told him "No they wouldn't." Had to call my card company & get it blocked from that end. New card with new number is on its way. Did research & found this is a scam they pull alot. UPDATE - Sept 24th: Just got a text from Empire saying my payment didn't go through! I have told them TWICE now that I don't need their service and they are STILL trying to charge my account! These people need to be stopped!

Sep 14,2024I used empire auto protect and it was so worth it. My car is under 10 years old and under 100,00 miles so I didn’t expect it to have transmission to go out so soon. I received a new transmission with only a 100.00 deductible out of pocket. I am beyond thankful and satisfied. If you are on the fence don’t be worried it saved me paying for a new transmission

Sep 10,2024I give the salesman Marcus a 10. I give the customer services 1. I took a Bumper to bumper on August 5 2024 and canceled on August 7. After 3 or 4 phone calls I got the $116.00 in my account on September 4th. I asked to speak to his supervisor or owner. was told it would be there in 24 hours. I told them if it wasn’t I would file a complaint with BBB and post reviews all over the internet. That i was beyond ridiculous!!!
