WARNING: this company is a scam. Notice all reviews are on the sale of the warranty, not actually using the warranty. No one has claimed to use it. That’s bc they never will. Everyone had a great experience giving away thousands that will never benefit them. Good reviews were probably provided by employees or paid. Their contract is purposely vague so they can deny each claim. If you have an issue the employees become belligerent on the phone and purposely place you on hold. If you call back they use caller ID to place you on holds. One thought they put me on hold then I could hear them talking about me and how they would place me on hold for hours and never would pay a cent on any claims. Beware!!!
Terrible experience. Jasonc*empireautoprotect.com is a complete liar, paints the moon and stars. Said by getting the warranty before i purchased the car i would have 30 days to try it out and cancel within those 30 days. I ended up buying a warranty through the dealership since it made more sense and only my wife ended purchasing the car. I emailed eric*empireautoprotect.com, jasonc*empireautoprotect.com to cancel my policy and all they replied was please call, 888-345-0084 ext . The i called and spoke to Brad support*empireautoprotect.com, and he told me i needed to send paper work of the policy i purchased through the dealership. I was never told i had to show proof to cancel my warranty and was told i could cancel anytime before 30 days. They needed these documents to cancel my MTM payment. I got the documents from my wife and they said the docs needed to have my name on them. The car wasn't purchased under my name. Both My wife and I called to get the policy cancelled since there was nothing to cover, I don't own the vehicle. Brad was rude and said to add me to car note. Which we are not doing, ridiculous. He transferred us. My wife asked how they would have a policy for someone who doesn't own that car to the new rep Richard support*empireautoprotect.com that picks up and he replied "that's for me to know and you find out"and then hung up on her. Well maybe he had put her on mute cause she called him a muther**** in frustration cause this is now been ongoing for a week. And he does call back to cancel the policy and says he doesn't want to deal with us since we cussed him out. I told him it was a recorded line and how unprofessional was it to say " its for me to know and you to find out". The have sent cancellation confirmation, we will have to wait and see if we get a refund. All in all the company seems to be a complete scam, I can't imagine trying to have them settle a warranty for a bad engine. Their customer service is in the dumps. If you try them out i would consider using a credit card so you can dispute any charges or seek legal counsel through. Everything sounded amazing when Jason sold it to me but from there it was a cluster.

I bought our warranty April 25, 2024. My truck was totaled on July 12th, 2024. Per contract for Texas residents which clearly states a refund, I was denied a refund. They said I could apply it to a different vehicle, but that's not what I wanted. I want a refund as my contract states. After supplying all documentation they still refuse. Every time I callI get the same guy but he uses different names. Buyer beware, they are a scam. They even lied to BBB of Delaware saying I transfered it, which was not true!
Tried to get car covered. Jason said send vin. I did. He acknowledged receipt. Ive been paying for 2 months and they claim they have no record. I’ve talked to several unhelpful employees n left numerous messages. They said they’d call me back after they checked status. I have no record of any return call or message.
