I have nothing negative to say about the way that my house sale was handled, which is certainly an indication of the level of service that I have recieved.

Oct 05,2024We have use Tibbie Byrnes at GD Legal for 2 property sales. Good communication, emails were responded to within a reasonable time. When I asked for advice Tibbie was very helpful. The information provided about the process of buying was a little basic. We were only told things if we asked. This wasn't a major problem for us but could be improved. The price quoted was as charged and questions I had about costs were answered to my satisfaction. As GD Legal gave me a very good price I would recommend Tibbie.

Oct 05,2024Great to do business with. I have used this company twice. One for buying and when it was time to sell I contacted them again. Both occasions great service provided with great price. Compare to the one one estate agent recommended this was by far cheaper. Always answer every email as soon as possible. Oct 03,2024We recently sold a property and GD Property Solicitors acted on our behalf. We chose the GD Solicitors as we were unable to use our usual solicitors who, on this occasion, were representing our buyer. We had a very shaky start with the person appointed to look after us, (no need to go into further detail) but this was quickly turned around into a positive experience by Annum Hussain, who took her place. From then on in, we had excellent and speedy communications, polite and helpful advice, super effective and efficient process, despite delays and frustrations that were out of Annum's control (on the buyers side) - we cannot praise and thank Annum enough for turning this situation around and smoothly completing the sale for us. We would highly recommend her services with GD property and plan to call on her again when we next sell.

Easy to contact and responded really quickly to everything. He took all the stress out of the process and couldn't have been more efficient and hardworking, particularly when having to deal with an inefficient solicitor further down the chain!
