May 03,2024I just want to say thank you to Myisha Winnard for all of her help with the purchase of our first house. Myisha always kept me up to date with everything and was very supportive and informative throughout. She was an absolute star and when the first completion day fell through she was in contact with the sellers solicitor immediately for updates. She honestly cares and wants the best for you and your purchase. I would definitely recommend and I'll be using their services again, hopefully to get Myisha as my handler. Thank you for everything! You have been great!

Apr 25,2024Overall a very efficient and professional service, with a special mention (5 stars) to Zumman Ahmed who supported me throughout, with excellent communication and prompt turn-around of documents. GD Legal lose one star for failing to notify me in advance that a standard (10 day) completion date incurs an additional cost of £120. With that proviso, I can highly recommend this service.

Apr 18,2024My experience was good! I am a first time buyer and and my purchase took 4 months. After hearing horrible stories about bad solicitors, I had a very good first experience with Tibbie. Tibbie was always there, quick to reply and efficient when I needed her. I would suggest providing buyers with next steps just for awareness or potentially provide a list with next steps on what's going to happen. However, I have been lucky that every time I felt lost Tibbie always informed me and kept me up to date during the whole process. I would definitely use this service again! I did end up paying a bit more than what I was quoted for which has nothing to do with Tibbie, hence the 4 stars.

I enquired about GD after a bad experience with a local 'in person ' solicitor, who I had to chase constantly and was not able to get documents sent through their own online portal. With GD' portal I was able to check my progress, upload documents and read all searches without delays, Highly recommend

Mar 19,2024I found gd solicitors online when looking for a solicitor to handle the sale and purchase of my properties. After reading positive reviews I decided to give this company a try. Within an hour of me calling for a quote I had a call from Lewis who was really helpful and transparent when advising me of the costs involved, Lewis then assigned me to my solicitor Justina who handled my sale and purchase from here. The service I received from Justina was flawless from start to finish. She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout and what I appreciated most was how quickly she would respond to any queries I had, not once did I have any problems getting in contact with Justina. During the sale of my property I had buyers withdraw unexpectedly in theate stages of the sale which was a really stressful time however Justina was more than happy to put my file on hold until I found another buyer which really helped whist dealing with such a difficult time. I have now complete on both my sale and purchase and if I was to ever buy or sell again I would not hesitate to use GD solicitors again.

Mar 12,2024We finally got a sale closed with our third buyer after two abortive sales in 18 months. We had several solicitors at GD during this time but our last was Zumman who I would say gave the best service we have had when buying or selling over the years. He responded very swiftly to any of our queries, often with the hour. He sent requested information to the buyer's solicitors very promptly and was chasing them for us as they were frustratingly tardy in their responses which cost us several extra months in mortgage and other costs related to our empty house. Zumman was ready to complete by end of January but the buyer's solicitors managed to drag it out until March. We appreciated all the efforts Zumman put in and would most certainly recommend this service, and in particular him, to anyone else considering using GD.

Mar 05,2024I recently used GD legal for conveyancing, I chose them because they had good reviews and they offered a good deal. Having completed the sale, I can say I was not disappointed by their service. They sent me email to inform me of the process and I usually get a quick response at the same day. Special thanks to Jaya and Tulsi. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Feb 16,2024GD LEGAL provides good services at comparatively better price. They are prompt in responding to queries by email only.. But don't entertain or prefer to take calls which I feel they should change in their approach.. Overall very good and I have used them both in sale and buying services
