Worst company I’ve ever used. Rude unhelpful drivers who don’t care about customers at all. I’ve filed multiple complaints over this to their customer service department. Why is this company allowed to operate in the UK when their customer service is so bad and some of their drivers pose a danger to your personal safety? Don’t they vet all their drivers before hiring them ?
Taxi turned up as normal however they seem to always overcharge when it comes to the money coming out your bank. Taxi fare always says £8.10 or £9.10 for me, however there's always more took out my bank!!!!
Yet again, unreliable. Booked 2 taxis, in advance, but neither turned up. Repeatedly told 11 or 12 minutes away, then told very busy, don't pick up from the location. Why take the bookings then???? Call handler unsympathetic, passive-aggressive. Our booking was all female. We had to walk 2 miles, scary, and sleep on a floor.
Taxi was booked, I rang to ask where taxi was, as it was late, was told no one was in the area to pick me up! Not impressed. Never going to use go cars ever again!!
Child entered taxi and there was a lit cigarette on the seat he was about to sit on when entering the taxi. Car smelt of smoke. Driver says it was the last customer but didn’t make sense
worst company ever, canceling the appointments for no reason, then rebooking another one(being delayed because of the first one), then canceling the second one as well, making me miss my medical appointment. DO NOT USE THEM
Based off marsh road, do not use them. One of the controllers thinks hes a big man who only runs his mouth to women but has not the steam to speak to one’s husband and brothers in that manner, he is as far from a Muslim as one can get never use this service.
Can't give 0 otherwise I would. Does not matter when you book taxi are late. Can't get help. Operators are useless and blame either the drivers or yourself for not taking into account they're all a bunch of cowboys. Unfortunately they have the monopoly in Telford. Utter crap service and not willing to do anything about it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked a taxi for 18.15pm to a restaurant and 17 25 return home. The booking was made at 9am that morning. I stated it was for a vulnerable adult. He did not turn up, so I called and was told there was no taxi fir another 20 minutes. I cancelled and alternative transport was arranged, making the gentleman 30 minutes late gir a booked table. I cancelled the return taxi. At 17. 50 the cancelled taxi driver called to ask where the gentleman was. I told him he was 25 mins late and I had cancelled the pickup over an hour ago. HIS RESPONCE...why have I cancelled as he has come a long way..😡 thus is the second time in a week I have been let down by them with no call to tell me there was a problem. I also would like to know why do they charge more to return than the pickup wgen there is only an hour difference. Get an uber or triple 20 more reliable.

Booked a taxi a week previously to catch a coach at Abbey Foregate from an address in Shrewsbury ,even phoned them afew days before to confirm.Did not turn up and said they could not guarantee a driver,even though they had taken our booking.4 phone calls to them that morning without a result. This company is absolute rubbish and will never ever try to use them again.No stars at all,they do not deserve any.
Terrible company whose business model is to take money for the booking, wait until the last minute to see if any drivers are in the area. If none of their drivers are free for the booking, they just won't send anyone and lie to you when confronted. How the hell they are still in business is beyond me.
Used in Liverpool. Really rude driver. Would not want a repeat experience.
Cars coming and going still empty what a joke
Booked for evening out, for two way travel, the pick up to destination was on time and fare quoted accurate. Return journey was the same driver and again on time, unfortunately the quote I was given via the app was £35.30 but driver wanted to charge £46.80. He contacted the company whilst I was in the car and I spoke with one of the operators who advised me I was now on a midnight call out charge, hence the increase. I found this very misleading and if I had paid for the service when I had ordered the taxi on the app all I would have paid would have been the £35.30. I won’t be using this taxi company again.
If I didn't have to use them I wouldn't. As you get told one price when booking then another when you get in the car and all you get when you ring up about it is that its an approximate but I have never had this problem until today so it you want a wait and return I would book it for a couple doors down from where you live so you get charged double and then no shock when you get in the taxi. And once again they will don't let me speak to a manager about any of this so I have found the ceo and the regional director of the company and have now been in contact with them And it's bad that they made all their drivers go self employed so the company never know if they will have enough drivers to cover all their pre-book taxis let only the people that just want to ring up and book
Disgraceful driver trying to overcharge!!! £8.70 from Days Inn Wyndham to town, booked return, text came through £12.30 as late Saturday night. Driver picks us up and checks we’re paying cash (alarm bell) drops us off £22.40, refused to pay, he said he’d call the police, I rang the company who confirmed £12.30 and put on speaker, paid, got insulted for ringing and driver left very unhappy. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Complaint going to council
Booked taxi for same trip I use to collect my child every weekend was given the same price I have every time then in car noticed price on drivers phone was nearly double what I was told on app I questioned driver he replied I don't make price it's the base so called base and worst kind of dim twit I have ever spoke to just kept saying that's what price is and it's what you have to pay had e mail with break down off price and nearly 7.50 added to my normal fare no explanation what extra is for phoned back up to ask bout this to be hung up on will never use this company again.....
Worst taxi company I’ve ever used Unfortunately I have to rely on taxis as I don’t drive and public transport is shocking in Telford so I rely heavily on gocarz to get me to work. I use them every morning and every morning I’m filled with dread and anxiety because no doubt they’ve made me late again despite booking plenty in advance to avoid this. Customer service is shocking basically just called me a liar, fed up of gocarz let’s all pray I pass my driving test soon so I can never have to use them again

May 30,2023Shocking service. Driver didn’t turn up even though I had prebooked him. We were left stranded and in the end one of the bar staff gave us a lift back to our hotel. I phoned them to find out why the taxi hadn’t arrived and was told there were no cars in the area. Why an earth take my booking if you can’t fulfill it. Terrible will never use again
