Some vile drivers, rude and arrogant. Not above charging you for not taking you anywhere. Called for a refund and was informed it had been processed, it wasn’t. Now had to complete a feedback form to simply get my money they stole. Awful!

AVOID awful company pre booked a taxi never showed up. Phoned 5 times still nothing. Had to walk home leaving myself vulnerable. This company clearly doesn't care about people's safety. Number and app deleted won't be using go carz again.
Would give zero stars if that were possible. Booked a car to take us to the train station today; no sign of it 10 minutes after it was due, told it would be with us in 5 minutes. Five minutes later, was told that the car still had passengers and was some distance away. If it weren’t for the kindness of a neighbour we would have certainly missed our train. Appalling service. Use Uber or similar.
Rubbish just rubbish Didn’t turn up , sent another that didn’t turn up either , then told lies and were rude, said they’d been waiting outside our house , if they had they were at the wrong house. They don’t deserve 1 star but there’s no “no star” option ! Had been regular customers but Will not use again!

Worst service I have ever had the guy was rude and arrogant never been spoken to with such disrespect and even had the gocarz card thrown in my face when payment had to be made by card coz he had down cash, tick tick ticking whilst waiting. Mm13oJ reg.
What a absolutely crap company that calls themselves a taxi firm. Pathetic excuse of a company where the idea of a taxi was to get you hone safe and sound. Now you can't even pre order one as just says pending!! Some would call this how to monopolise the market and totally mess it up. Why has Shrewsbury Council allowed this to happen?? Bring back any other taxi firm than these cowboys. What a joke!!!!!!!
Would give 0 if I could. The most unreliable, ridiculous excuse for a taxi company. I’ve been left waiting for hours with children and then had to deal with the rudest, most obnoxious telephone operators I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately because they buy up all the competition in town we have very little choice.
The only available taxi in my area due to them buying out the other taxi ranks and it's unbearable. Extortionate prices, dangerous and pervy drivers and never on time. Would rather walk home in the freezing cold at 4am than get a taxi with them, know of too many horror stories and the managers couldn't care less.
AVOID GO CARS DRIVERS ARE RUDE AND BULLYING AND LIARS I had a bad experience with them today I booked a car to pick me up from PRH to my home address. The driver had a bad attitude from the start of the journey when he dropped me off at my address I paid him the right money as to what it said in the text message he them started shouting at me saying that I hadn't paid him enough I showed him the text message and said that was the right amount he then started shouting again that he wanted another pound, He then said to me "what's your problem" I told him I didn't have a problem but that amount was stated in the text he then carried on shouting, I paid him another pound and got out, he was still shouting at me. What an awful experience for a fully grown man to shout at a woman. I rang Go CARS to complain about the driver only to be told that I hadn't booked a taxi although I had the text to say what car/ registration it was plus when I went to the car he knew my name that I booked the taxi under!!
We have just spent a few day in Shrewsbury and used this service 4/5 times and could not have been happier. The service was outstanding. Every car we ordered turned up on time. All drivers were friendly and polite. Our first driver was wonderful and funny too. All cars were immaculate. Definitely use this company again and definitely recommend.
I would give them a zero if I could. I pre booked a cab to pick me up at the airport. About 2 hours later on a cold night, I had the misfortune of speaking with a really rude operator who had the temerity to tell me that it was not their fault! I don't think they understand the concept of pre-booking. It was a very stressful booking. I definitely uber next time.
Got in contact with them by email twice about my bank card that was registered to the app wasn't working, never heard nothing back to me at all
My journey was £4.70, then it went to £5.70 due to fuel. Now on a weekend in the day its gone up another £1.00. If there was another way to buy cut these people i would, not helpful and some so rude. Where i work we work weekends and don't get extra, Go Carz work 24/7 the same so why are they charging and extra pound in the day.
Very bad service do not bother if wana get somewhere on time very bad customer skills over the phone too
I start work at 8.45am and was booking taxis for 8.15am and arriving late constantly, the taxi wouldn’t show up till this time. Started booking them for 8am and they’re half an hour late! Have this every single morning without fail and I have never had a taxi arrive on time. Pre-booked as well, so maybe stop over booking if you haven’t got enough drivers? Terrible taxi company.
Went to the wrong address, I called him not a word of English and then cancelled my taxi useless c*nts
Pre booked and paid for a taxi for 7am, app said someone was in their way 10 minutes later no one had turned up and app said searching for car. Rang the operator was told driver was 5 mins away at 7.40 still no driver absolutely worst taxi company
