Being on the water boards approved list of companies we thought they would be very expensive but they were a realistic price. Absolutely recommend them to do the job. Their staff were also polite and helpful.

Feb 15,2021Going Underground were tasked with finding an underground leak on a business park with no information on pipe layout between 10 units. They visited twice to assess and from these visits we felt comfortable they would be best placed to find the problem. They arrived early and within half a day had traced the pipework and established the area of the leak. Not an easy job to repair once found and needed parts, but everything was completed by the afternoon of the following day. Super efficient, kept us informed along the way and left everything neat and tidy including repair of the concrete they had to dig up. A great outcome with what was a difficult problem and would definitely use them again.

Feb 05,2021Laying of a new mains water pipe from outside stop tap to house (approx 29 meters) The company responded promptly to our initial enquiry and came out to assess the work required. We had further questions prior to committing to the company and they were happy to make a second visit and were thorough in answering our concerns. They arrived on time and the work was carried out with the minimum of inconvenience to us. Our garden was ‘made good’ on completion of the pipe work. We would highly recommend this company.

Jan 29,2021The Going Underground team turned up on time . They dug a series of holes to test and identify the location of the leak. And replaced a section of pipe before refilling the holes . They managed to avoid the need to disturb the tarmac of the carpark. And put turf back on the holes. The end result was clean and tidy . The guys took time to show clearly the leak had been fixed . The guys were professional and polite at all times they were with us .

Mar 22,2021I needed a new mains water pipe and a gutter downspout from the house to be extended and redirected to a ditch. The two 'Undergrounders' were very diligent and hard working, and keen to cause as little disruption to myself - and to the lawn. They arrived when they said they would - and completed the work within the agreed time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
