Nov 03,2023Everyone at Going Underground has done a professional and excellent job investigating the leak from my ancient water pipes, and installing new ones. From Aaron who did the inspection, Kevin, John and Steve who did the work, and Mae in the office, I am very pleased with the communication, and quality of work. My block paving and concrete slabs were lifted and relaid, and you would not know the difference. I have a new stoptap in the garage so I do not need to struggle to reach the tap under the sink. All in all, a great job! Thank you.

Oct 30,2023Aaron and Charlie visited to locate a leak on the 18.10.23 they had to check several areas and were very positive and cheerful even though the weather wasn’t great, they managed to solve the problem. I would be happy to have them back any time in the future. Thanks lads.

Oct 25,2023Kevin, Andy and Steve did a great job. They managed to route through garden and a concrete driveway round to the back of our house in one day. They have left it in such a good state that you would barely know they had been there. Great job guys and thank you for all your hard work.

Oct 24,2023We had a mysterious leak in our water system. Aaron and Charlie spent the afternoon firstly locating it, then fixing and replacing the pipework. Brilliant communication all the way through and fully solved the problem - leaving no mess or bother. Great guys and would have no hesitation using them again.

Oct 19,2023Kevin & Steve were amazing at locating a long standing leak and resolving the problem. They explained all the way through what they were doing and put in extra shut off taps so that in future we can isolate leaks more easily. Oli was an excellent apprentice and Mae in the office was extremely helpful at all times.

Sep 29,2023I was really impressed From the moment I contacted the office and spoke to Mae and Aaron, they went out of their way to help. The two plumbers I can't remember their names. Came around very quickly and fixed the leaking pipe in the kitchen. They moved kitchen cabinets which I didn't think they would, nothing was to much trouble. And finally I had the outside mains water pipe replaced by George and Kev again first class service.

I was worried about the job of putting a new water pipe under the length of my driveway but they put my mind at rest telling me exactly what they were going to do, then just did it! Would highly recommend this company .

Sep 05,2023Aaron and Charlie from going-underground arrived to do a water leak repair they were both polite and friendly and explained exactly what they were going to do. They worked in sweltering heat and repaired the leaky pipe quickly and efficiently, top rate job everything back better than before would recommend these guys to anyone.

Aug 03,2023Aaron & Charlie visited our property to repair an external leak. Aaron explained what they had done which was greatly appreciated. Both lads were extremely friendly and polite. A1 job from start to finish. It wasn’t a quick fix and the weather was horrendous so fair play. They got me to test the water system from the house, also asked me if I was happy with the work carried out. Spot on. Great job done A++++++

Jul 27,2023Had a water leak at our property just up from the meter on my driveway, although had to be confirmed as to the actual location via going underground group excavating to find source. Aaron and Charlie visited to carry out this work and despite the nature of groundwork in the wet they were extremely polite, friendly, efficient and jovial throughout. They found the source of the leak, repaired it with a small section of new pipework, made good the ground and got me to test the system from the house. Upon completion of a tidy repair to re-instate drive concrete and tarmac in the road asked if I was happy. Its not everyday you meet such capable and polite trades so it was worthy of this review as good service should be recognised. Spot on lads

Jul 21,2023We had to call this company out very last minute as had a leak from outside that came into our spare bedroom and flooded it . The team of George and his labourer Aaron arrived within the hour and repaired the pipe . In my opinion they did an A1 job with professionalism and knowledgable work .. Would recommend them to anyone ,,, Top rate Job completed ,,A++++++

Jul 04,2023I had a water leak. Wessex Water attended and found that the leak was not outside our boundary so the problem was all mine. 2 young men from 'Going Underground' arrived to search for the leak on behalf of Wessex Water. After about 5 minutes they found the leak about 160 cm from the meter, just inside our boundary wall! They repaired the leak and made good the holes that had been dug. All work was carried out efficiently, and tidily. The young men, Aaron and Charlie, were very polite and professional in their attitude. Excellent service from and many thanks to these men and Going Underground.

Nov 07,2023The two guys from going underground immediately made me feel at ease. I thought the works would be a nightmare but they made it painless. Their work was completed with a confident smile and all I did was supply hot coffee on a regular basis. After two days the work was completed and the site left tidy as if nothing had happened. Highly recommended.
