Mar 27,2024We would highly recommend Going Underground. We needed our mains water pipe replaced and were unsure how to go about it. We contacted Going Underground and from beginning to end they were polite and professional. Kevin, Tom and the rest of the team worked hard to complete the job. They reinstated our front garden as if they had never been here.

Mar 25,2024After a previous leak an many issues, holes and hassles. We had going underground pipe renewal specialists visit us. Tom an keiron didn't hang about after a pleasant introduction and informing me of the the work and all relevant info needed. They worked hard non stop, neatly... Professionally and expertly dealt with my large leak. All work was done with little hassle or noise. The area was left clean and a faultless fix was all that was left .... Great job gentleman, credit to yourself and great asset to your company.

Mar 23,2024Just had two operatives from this company to my house in Hampshire to renew my leaking water service below my front garden. I feared the worst having my garden destroyed but these guys were so careful and kept everything clean Three small holes discovered the leak Fitted new pipe work with their “mole” and got us back on water in no time They left my front garden as they found it They were very professional and polite I’m not wishing a water leak on anyone but if you do have one then this is definitely the company to head for.

Mar 12,2024From first contact to completion they were clear and kind. Presented with a bewildering range of choices and prices for our urgent water main re route we chose Going Underground. Aaron, Charlie and crew duly arrived and carried out the job more swiftly and less invasively than we had envisaged. They even carefully moved a very large bumble bee that was in potential danger of being trodden on! Just one example of their attention to detail.

Feb 21,2024Going Underground worked with us to replace a section of pipe which had a leak. We are a busy school and they worked with us to ensure we met health and safety and safeguarding demands - even though the pipe was across our main access point they ensured deliveries and lunches could still move freely. The team were polite and accommodating, they left the site clean and tidy. Most importantly when we hit a 'snag' they showed creative problem solving, staying late and sending extra resources to ensure we could open the next morning when they were able to put in a permanent fix. Very highly recommended.

Feb 08,2024Reference for Going Underground 6/02/2024 I was relieved and impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Jon and Sean when they came and replaced a leaking water pipe running from the metre outside the house. This involved reworking the layout of how the water pipe would enter the house and then the re-routing once inside. Feb 02,2024Aaron, George and John came to repair my leaking water feed on behalf of Wessex Water. They were quick to find a solution which caused minimal interference to the property. All three of the engineers were extremely polite and explained the process clearly. All works completed to a professional standard and the area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Jan 28,2024Professional repair and communication Thanks to everyone that was involved in finding and repairing a water leak from the water meter to the stop tap in the house. Thanks to the two teams that came on different jobs and days Adam and Liam that fixed the leak under the concrete drive for Wessex water. Kevin and Ben fixed the leak under the garage floor All did an excellent job and left the site clean and tidy on both occasions. Would definitely recommend Going Underground.

Jan 17,2024We had a leak under the corridor of our cottage which flooded the kitchen and dining room on the Saturday before Christmas, we called going underground on the Wednesday after Christmas as we had no water, the surveyor was down with in the hour and the engineer's turned up the next day and worked all day in appalling conditions to get new supply in, couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you

Jan 14,2024Engineers Kevin and Ben rerouted the water main into the house (a c.300 year old cottage). The pipe had burst somewhere beneath the house and we were advised that this was the cheapest option. Work was done quickly and professionally. When they left I discovered that (due to the quirky nature of the house) the washing machine now had no water. I contacted them immediately and they had it fixed first thing the next morning.

Dec 13,2023What a brilliant team Aaron and Charlie are. They quickly diagnosed the main source of my leak and put in place a remedy of a total pipe replacement. They worked hard all day without a break, and once a new pipe was installed they reinstated all the areas they had dug up and cleaned all the mess away. The road was brushed, paths cleaned, A first class service which needs to be commended,

From Andy(the Surveyor) who went over everything that might need to be done to the 4 men (sorry I've forgotten their names) who carried out the work and Mae who liaised with me from the office. The quality of the work done was excellent and all paving was re-laid, hosed down and the site left tidy as if nothing had happened. Highly recommended.

They were extremely good, they got on with the task very quickly and were able to replace the item without any problems. Both were very pleasant and were entirely professional in how they completed the work.

Clean and tidy considering the amount of digging required to replace water main, and put everything back as best they could. Explained the whole process throughout. Highly recommend these 2 guys. 10/10!

Nov 09,2023The guys worked incredibly hard in pretty foul weather to replace a leaking water pipe. Even though it was quite late when they had finished they did not leave until everything had been cleaned up. Brilliant service, several hundred pounds less than the other quote we obtained. Would definitely recommend.
