Nov 15,2021Going Underground replaced a leaking water mains pipe in my garden to my total satisfaction. The team, led by John, were knowledgable and professional, and also identified a solution which prevented them having to disturb a large patio area and underlying soakaway. The team carefully replaced all slabs and turf, and left the site so clean and tidy that it was difficult to tell that they had been there. Highly recommended.

Nov 08,2021I needed a new rising main into my property - in contrast to the first firm I tried (who gave me the runaround for two months), Going Underground got their site surveyor out to me the same week. The works team were efficient and friendly, overcoming an unexpected oddity with the old piping with ease. Professional work, would recommend.

Oct 29,2021Following a mains leak under the concrete floor inside our house, we struggled to find anyone who would take on the job, with several firms quoting and then dropping out rather than commit to properly diagnosing the problem. Going Underground were professional from the start, taking a practical approach and adapting quickly as complications arose during the works. They dealt with a stressful and complex situation in a neat and uninvasive manner, with great communication throughout. We're very happy with the result. Highly recommended!

They worked diligently to lay the new pipe through a difficult layout and clearly communicated each decision with me when they came across problems. They also moved the works forward when the leak reached the cellar which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend for similar jobs.

Oct 21,2021I chose this Company on the basis of the professionalism of the Surveyor, Andy Gray - together with the excellent Trust Pilot reviews. In varying weather condition from mild to appalling heavy wind and rain the engineers, over two days - clearly led by Sean proceeded to lay at depth a new water main of 22 metres to our bungalow. The ground was exceptionaly tough - concrete all the way, the digging drilling and moling all hard work. The quiet determination displayed by Sean, his stamina and enthusiastic application to a tough job was exemplary. Alex displayed an enormously cheerful disposition and similar capability. Kevin replaced Alex on day two and ably assisted Sean in the moling and backfill operation. Sean particularly, as lead engineer, together with his team were outstanding. Terrific Ambassadors for the Company and a pleasure to have on site. A great job that we are delighted with - thank you.

Oct 17,2021I had a leak in a pipe under my property . Took a few goes to locate it but then the new pipe was re sited round my bungalow . Staff in the office and on the ground always friendly and helpful . Competent and professional team . Would certainly use again .

Jul 29,2021After a leak was detected to the rear of our house we called in Going Underground who repaired the original leak and subsequently five more leaks. A further team returned four days later to repair the sixth leak but then found two more leaks and extended the new pipework. The site was left clean and tidy when they left and we are very pleased with the work undertaken.

Jul 28,2021Arrived on site and carried out all Health & Safety checks. Excavated down on the toilet lateral on the main sewer line at side of bungalow. Cut in and constructed a 110mm redding eye on the exposed sewer line and connected the toilet feed for future rodding. Backfilled and reinstated excavation. Left site clean and tidy. Really happy with a job well done. Site (brick paving) was left immaculate

Jul 27,2021GU’s recent installation of a STP at our property was excellent. The team ( we have met most of them) are hard working and diligent. We really appreciated the few amendments which were acted upon quickly following the completion of the main job. We would recommend GU and will certainly use them for maintenance of our SWP and to manage other projects should we require in the future.
