Mar 08,2023When the engineer came out to assess the work, they gave a clear description of what needed doing and how they would do it. The quote arrived in line with the work required and was very reasonable. The work was carried out by very capable workers who were very polite, very professional and they went that extra mile to ensure I understood each step and what was required. Once complete they checked everything and cleaned up. Very happy with the standard and quality, highly recommended.

Mar 06,2023We had a massive leak that proved to be under the house. This gave the engineers a number of difficulties which they managed solve quickly. Carpets had to be lifted as well as some floor boards. The connection to the stopcock involved some woodworking in order to access the restricted space. Once the pipe had been replaced it was impossible to tell that any disruptive work had been done at all, particularly in the garden. Kevin and his co-worker George did a magnificent job. Well done.

Feb 03,2023Going Underground were tasked by Wessex Water to repair a leak on our supply pipe. Frustratingly, I twice waited in vain for them to turn up, but I suspect this may in part have been due to them being busy after a spell of very cold weather. When Aaron and Kyle came, they were very polite and did a great job despite the difficulties they encountered due to the pipe having been repaired at least four times previously. They replaced the whole pipe, filled all the holes back in, and left the area neat and tidy. Overall, I was very pleased with the result.

Feb 02,2023The company suggested that, although they could do the work and quoted for it, it would be a cheaper and better long term solution to get the majority of the work done internally, with only a nominal amount for them to do externally. I'm glad I took their advice - it was indeed a lot cheaper and avoided potential problems in the future.

Jan 28,2023A really fast response following a water pipe leak at our property. The initial survey was brilliant, working out the most cost effective way to replace the water pipe, and in doing so trying to cause as little disruption as possible to our house- through avoiding digging up the living room floor. When it came to completing the work, the two that came out were polite and hard working. They laid and plumbed in the new pipe to a good standard. They cleaned up after themselves to the point where it would be hard to know that a new pipe had been laid. I’m really pleased with their work, and the overall price. I would definitely recommend in the future.

Dec 07,2022Aaron and Kyle came to us to fix our leak. Very polite & friendly and explained clearly what they were up to. Leak found after several exploratory digs and they fixed the leak and also kindly replaced our pipework from the road to the house so that we should not get any more issues which they did not need to do but they were worried our pipework age would mean more leaks so better to go the extra mile. All tidied up and put back to original state.

Mar 18,2023I have to praise the work done by Aaron & Charlie, yesterday. They explained all that needed to be done, and reported back on any issues found. Both were polite, friendly, and efficient in their work. They did the work safely and tidily, and cleaned up well after the work. You'd never known they had dug my garden up! Excellent team.
