Mar 04,2020The job being tackled was was a tricky one. Resin drive not that old, complications regarding the water service pipes and routing within the property not straightforward. The Mole was used on the drive, keeping the damage to the surface very acceptable. Despite the number of apparent issues, the job was thought through, discussed by the team and the result was 100 percent successful. Feb 18,2020Unfortunately the work that was done did not improve our water supply in any significant way, this was not due to Going Underground. The holes that were dug in order to gain access for the mole in our gravel drive were left rather proud and after 3 weeks they have not yet smoothed down. I would have liked more new gravel dressing to have been provided and have had to buy more gravel to match the original. The staff were polite and considerate.

Feb 03,2020I sprung a water leak in 2019/2020 as found by a huge water bill in January 2020 which my water company would not fix. I came across this company and was so glad I did. I called in the early afternoon, had an assessment that evening, and the team attended my property a couple of day’s later (it could’ve been sooner but I wasn’t able to start the work straight away due to personal circumstances). A quick summary: I had a wonderful team start to finish, who I want to give a massive thank you to and highly recommend to anyone requiring the services they provide. The team attended my property on Friday, and they got the job done in one day, despite it not being as straight forward as it was supposed to be (this was due to my difficult situation of a water leak underneath my garage that was difficult to assess due to accessibility). We left for our sons swimming lesson in the evening and came back an hour later and they had left after completing the work, and you wouldn’t have known any work had been done (in a good way!) - everything was left spotless and fantastically done. Furthermore, I was very stressed as this has happened whilst I was on maternity leave with my 18 week old son, and the team were very sympathetic to my situation and I really couldn’t be more grateful to the company in their wonderful work and help. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all that was done for me by this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team then arrived promptly, were very professional and thorough in finding the leaks. They were sympathetic to our property, mended the fault and filled in all holes neatly and with care. The team were pleasant and courteous throughout.

They arranged a survey the same day I had enquired and then managed to get a team the following day to fix a small leak in my mains. Professional, polite and lovely people to have working in your home. I cannot recommend Going Underground Ltd highly enough.

Oct 26,2019Going Underground were really marvellous. I was dreading the work being done as I have a new patio area at the front of my house, all paved in slate. The two men were so careful with the slabs that had to come up. They also had to dig in my flower bed, but nothing was broken. They worked non stop and were cheery to have around. All in all, from what could have been rather a disastrous event, things went well and just 2 days later, you wouldn't know they had been here!

Apr 16,2020A brilliant professional service from start to finish. Wayne & Darren replaced our leaking incoming water mains up our shared tarmac/concrete driveway in super quick time and with minimal impact on the driveway surface. They operated safely taking into account the current covid19 lockdown. All communications with going underground to arrange the works were a pleasure. On top of all that they were fantastic on price. Even our neighbours have commented on how well they did the job. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
