Jan 12,2021Marvellously efficient and very conscientious. Really happy pleasant people to communicate with. We had a length of water pipe moled along a length of our garden. The site was kept tidy at all times and now you would not know a new water pipe is there. Thank you.

Dec 22,2020Having been served with a 28 day notice by Wessex Water for a water leak repair, I engaged Going Underground to carry out the required repair. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Going Underground have delivered. They were prompt in coming out - Andy Gray was excellent in assessing and explaining what needed to be done. GU booked in a repair date promptly and provided a fair quote for the job. Their onsite team of Wayne and Darren were exceptional. I was delighted with the quality of their workmanship and can-do attitude. Wayne was really good at explaining what was happening and delivered customer service to the highest level. I thorougly recommend Going Underground.

Nov 11,2020Water main rerouting. Used Going Underground because they inspected before quoting. I had other quotes where companies quoted based on site photos taken by me. Job involved some internal work and they couldn't have tried harder to get the job done with least amount of damage. Very impressed with response time, work carried out and tidy site after work finished. This isn't the sort of work you order everyday, get a company that puts the effort in to do it right.

I telephoned Going Underground who responded promptly with a site visit followed by a reasonably priced quote.The work was carried out efficiently and to a good standard with minimal mess. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Oct 21,2020We needed a new water supply to our mid-terrace victorian property. The existing galvanised pipe was part of a shared supply with one neighbour, and 46m of new pipe had to be laid around another neighbour's house, under an access path used by 4 properties. The team arranged with Wessex Water to submit photographs rather than leave open works in the access path awaiting 'trench' inspections (no trenches, the supply was 'moled'). Finally, our usual plumber being unable to assist, Going Underground's man (D) made the connection into our idiosyncratic and inaccessible internal plumbing, with a minimum of fuss & upheaval. Outside was clean & tidy afterwards. Thanks D, J, and S on site, and S, A and R for management/admin (you know who you are). D - sorry about the tea...

Oct 12,2020We had a leak in our water service pipe underground soaking the kitchen floor and wall. Going Underground came promptly to give us a quote which was fair. The Engineer traced the route of the pipe which went under the kitchen floor and installed a new service pipe. It was all done with the minimum of mess and everything was left tidy. A very professional company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Oct 03,2020We used this company to lay a new water pipe from our house to the mains supply. John and his colleague worked tirelessly to get this work completed despite encountering a huge lump of stone under our drive and some reworking of the pipe work to pass Bristol Water inspection. Some of the work took longer than expected but all work was done well and no evidence that we’d had our drive dug up - everything tidy and in good order on completion. Their rates were very reasonable and I would recommend this company.

Sep 26,2020I have received excellent service from this company, they did exactly what they said they would do. All done in under a week & they kept to their quote. From the office staff booking a survey of my external broken water pipe, attending & forwarding their recommendations/quote to the guys that did the repair. All the staff were very polite & respectful, everything was returned to it’s original order after the job was completed even grass seed scattered on a tiny patch of bare ground! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services & use them again if I had another water pipe leak. Well done guys. I’m one very happy customer.
