Clear and helpful communication from the sales process to conducting the work. They left the site clear and clean. I would thoroughly recommend Going Underground.

Jul 21,2020We had to have 40 metres of new main water pipe laid after discovering a leak somewhere on our property. We were recommended Going Underground (GU) by our plumber and arranged for Andy to survey and assess the task. He did an excellent job taking time and care to ensure he had all the information to create the quote. The team arrived and started moling the new pipe but encountered problems with the soil because it was so dry making it difficult to draw the new pipe through the soil. Using their vast experience the problem was overcome and the new main was laid. The guys in the team who did our work were superb making sure we were informed of their progress and very happy to explain what they were doing. At each stage, especially the connection to the house, they liaised and discussed the options with us before progressing. Great ambassadors for GU. They were tidy workers leaving the site immaculate at the end of a days work. The connection to the house was brilliantly done and you would be hard pressed to see where the new pipe enters the utility room. The clear up of the site after work was completed was exemplary and it is difficult to see where the digging of the trenches happened. We are so pleased with GU and would, without hesitation, recommend them to any potential customer. They deserve the five star rating.

They laid a completely new pipe, dug up and restored our front garden and sorted out our water mains tap in the house. All carried out with expertise and professionalism. Outstanding service from start to finish of what was an extremely difficult job. Thanks to Andy, Darren, John and David. They were an amazing ream.

They did an excellent job of laying a new water pipe from our meter to our property, despite a few unexpected problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Jun 17,2020Absolutely brilliant company! Friendly and helpful from the outset and very prompt in organising a quote to replace our water main. In addition, they were happy to take on putting in a surface water drain on the driveway at the same time. The guys doing the work were superb - meticulous, clean and very professional about keeping us fully informed. In the end, lockdown stopped completion of the job for several weeks (no tarmac available), but despite that GU kept us informed throughout and then finished the job immaculately! Strongly recommend this company.

May 20,2020We had a water leak during the coronavirus. Going underground were helpful in providing a solution that was practical and reasonably priced. The work carried out was incredibly professional, pipes had to be laid over 60 metres, they left today and inspite of having to dig quite a few holes you cannot see where these were. Great workers thanks so much Wayne and Darren.

Apr 22,2020We had a leak on our mains water supply under where we wanted to lay a new patio. I call Going Underground and explained the problem and they arrived the following day. They found the leak, showed me what the issue was and advised on the best course of action. They then set to and within a couple of hours the mains pipe was replaced and the trench back filled. A very professional job completed by a polite and informative team. Would highly recommend.

Apr 16,2020I had a burst water main under my house just after COVID19 lock down. I managed to staunch the leak and the guys came around and gave me advice on short and long term options. I took the long term option and they were around the following week. Nice guys, socially distant and very efficient.They had to dig up a concrete floor and a lawn, replace pipes, and restore it all. All went to plan very quickly and now I hardly know they have been. It ain't cheap but you don't mess about with these things and I have 100% confidence in the replacement. Faultless. ACM 16/04/20

Everyone has been friendly helpful and professional. The work was done efficiently and everything was left as tidy as it could be. Strongly recommended - we would use them again (but hope we won't have to!)
