I'm going to buck trend here. I ordered five 4/5 bottle holders not noticing bad reviews so emailed same day advising my concern and was told by Lauren that it would be delivered next day which they were by Parcelforce with tracking. When they arrived I contacted Lauren and asked if they had more which they had so ordered 7 more yesterday at 11.45am and they came as promised today. The price was about 20% cheaper than others and in stock so delighted all went well. I thought the website was good and did ask Lauren why all the issues and she advised firm had been on social distancing skeleton staff and she had returned from Furlow to 5,000 emails. Telephones still not being answered so use email. I paid by Paypal so was covered in any event so that may be way to go if you want to give them a trial . See my earlier review of a firm to avoid Nextday Catering whom I had to get Paypal to refund me over £1,200 last week.

Dear Fellow Victims PLEASE IGNORE ALL THE FAKE POSTIVE REVIEWS (Inc the FIVE STAR one below from 'Michael Simpson' ... ludicrously transparent!). We too have been ripped off by this company. Not much money, but enough to be very annoyed. North East Trading Standards wrote to us today (Sep 23rd 2020) to say they are investigating the matter. We have also asked Companies House to investigate the two directors (Gary Paul Henry and Linda Henry) for possible fraud. And we have asked their web hosting company Visual Soft why an SSL certificate has been applied to their site (making people think their credit/debit transactions are 'secure' - and that they are dealing with a reputable business when they are clearly not). We've copied the letter to the two relevant local MPs, Nick Brown and Mary Glindon. We've also copied in The Guardian newspaper and the local Northern Echo to (hopefully) get some coverage so no-one else gets treated this way. Interestingly, within 60 seconds of posting our email to Heaton Catering Equipment, with copies to all of the above people, we got a call from 'Lauren' at the company suddenly (and miraculously) able to use the company telephone. She said the company has been suffering from "poor service from BT", hence "no emails coming through" to them "or phone calls". We gave her the short shrift you'd expect. Watch this space ... I place an order and I never received the items, I call the customer Service and send an email but nobody answer.

I waited months for my order. So I contacted Newcastle Trading Standards who were brilliant. Sorted everything out in 2 weeks.

Omg! Being a local company I didn’t look on Trustpilot first as my Then Older version iPad couldn’t connect to Trustpilot due to a low iOS! I placed an order for glasses & received a confirmation now they just put the phone down down and ignore emails! How can they get away with this.......? They are a rip off!

I placed an order on 15th June 2020 - part of which was dispatched with the rest to follow. Two sets of glasses were ordered, one set had five out of six glasses smashed and the other set had one out of six glasses with chip in it so neither set received as expected. Have tried to contact this company via every means possible - sent several emails, rang and selected every option on the phone menu, and even filled in contact details on their website - NONE of which have been responded to. The only communication regarding my order I had from them was the initial order confirmation and then two emails from Parcelforce confirming they would be delivering. Save yourselves the time and hassle by not ordering from this company - they are a shambles.

Only part of my 14 July 2020 order received. 7 weeks later I have had no response to e mails and the telephone is ignored. Part of the order was damaged and some of it misdescribed. DO NOT TRUST this company. Looks like I have got away lightly compared with others and I wish I had read trustpilot reviews before! Lesson learned. What a dreadful example of internet trading. The directors should be ashamed to take people's money and fail to deliver.

Really poor. Uncontactable when chasing up a £200 order still outstanding for 3 months (already paid for?!). I suspect these guys are going bust. Best not order with them until they surface and gain customer trust back.

This company is a scam... you never receive your goods and you can’t get hold of them using any of the contact numbers. They don’t reply to emails either. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Had a bad experience with these guys. They messed me about, don't have a contact number and ignored all emails. The item I ordered was out of stock, so no fault of mine. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Have had a dreadful experience with this company. Order a number of items and got nothing for weeks on end. I then opened a case with PayPal after getting no calls or emails returned. Once PayPal were involved, they responded!! I then received some items but not the full order. PayPal has unfortunately closed the case and I have no idea if the rest will arrive. Really not a great experience. Will more that happily update this if the rest arrives!!

Just what everyone else says (apart from the fake reviews). Advertised 2-3 days despatch and yet one month later, nothing. No repsonse to any communication. Even Paypal are delaying and delaying resolving the issue. I suspect trading standards will be the best route for a complaint. I also think it worth the £75 County Court fee so taht we can shut this place for good so no others are scammed.

One of the worst ever company we dealt with. Since last November I am waiting the boss the response us.. Don't know how many phone calls, emails was sent Until lock down, no help at all. From thousand pound order a few items never, ever arrived, some items were so bad on quality... They would not accept they never arrived but also even though initially accepted some of the items to be returned... This didn't happened either.. Order comes in different times without any explanation, no information given if the missing items will arrive when!! Really a very bad way of running a business... Don't deserve your custom for sure.. Pay a bit more.. But you know you are in safe hands... Nisbets....

Dreadful business to deal with. Ordered gastronoms 17th August and have not received delivery. Phoned sales, customer services, reception all ring out. No response to several emails. How do I get my money back???? Save yourself the hassle and order from anywhere else.

Dreadful. Ordered on 29th July, just received half my order (26.08.20) Take your money straight away, don't reply to emails, don't answer their phones. I want to cancel the rest of my order but i have no idea how i'd even go about that!!! Absolute shambles! What a joke!
