If this is about the Calia’s Hotel then my stay there was perfect. When I checked in I had a broken ankle but didn’t know that. The manager helped me A LOT and I will always stay at his hotel whenever I am in the area. I am so grateful for his caring attitude and that he didn’t just check me in and say see ya!

BEWARE OF "HOTEL LODGING" "hotelplanner.com! They are a rip off. They confuse people by putting the hotel name they you are looking for on your Google search AND you think you are calling the hotel to make reservations when YOU ARE REALLY calling them! They don't tell you who they are and the say they are the hotel.....THEN they book the hotel you want and CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL 30% onto the hotel room without TELLING YOU! When we asked why the rate was so HIGH for that particular weekend, they said they didn't know!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING! When we had to cancel, we only received the $370 back for the ACTUAL hotel cost and were OUT $153.......... We even filed a dispute with our credit card company, but no luck. We were out $153 ........IT WENT TO HOTELPLANNER.COM advertised as "HOTEL LODGING"! BEWARE!!!!!!!

Carlos was great. Very helpful, patient and kind. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Anyone that has Carlos as an employee is very lucky. I wish everyone I have to deal with was like Carlos.

Michael was kind and courteous and quickly got my reservation taken care of and all my questions answered. And it was funny. He sent a link for a review and said if I was too busy not to worry about leaving a review for him but there’s no way I couldn’t leave a review for outstanding service. Thank you Michael

One star is way too many. Worst experience booking on a hotel ever!!!! My wife spent 7 hrs on the phone trying to change a reservation she made. The problem arose when booking agent over the phone booked the wrong type of room. She booked 1 double bed for our family. When we tried to say we booked 2 doubles. We were told there was nothing they could do. Then they offered to book us in a different hotel. We did book with a new hotel and they said they would cancel the 1st reservation. Well they didn’t, and then They wanted to stick us for the full price of both bookings. This whole thing is being disputed through our credit card company. Just the shadiest business ever and they are a booking agent for Expedia. I will now never use Expedia because of this scam.
