Jul 25,2023Hypervolt put me onto Impra Charge to provide a quote for installation of their EV home charger. I was asked for pictures and details of my home's electrical system and where I wanted the charger to be fitted. This was all quite a simple process and did not take too long. I was sent a quote and after acceptance offered installation within a few days. The actual installation took only 2 and half hours and was done professionally. The Hypervolt App was set up on my smart phone and I am ready to go. Norther Power Grid checked the installation the following day to ensure there is no undue load on the power grid and fitted a larger fuse onto the system at no additional cost. I am expecting delivery of my EV soon and am looking forward to using the charger,

Jul 25,2023Bought this charger with hopes to save money on energy and to look after me ev battery, charging up to 80% for example. This does not do any of this it is just a bumb charger with flashing lights on the front. I asked customer support if there is any any plans to include there fetches in the future, there is not save your money. And buy a better charger like the ohme charger for the same price. My hyper volt will be going in the bin as soon as I can afford to replace it.

Jul 24,2023Great Customer support from Nidhi in Hypervolt regarding the 3 Year Warranty on my Car Charger. My Tethered Charger is fitted and working well. The Hypervolt App is user friendly, was easy to both install & connect to my WiFi Network.

Jul 24,2023After having an issue with the charger and a terrible experience with one of their agents, when the charger failed for the second time in a month I was dreading ringing them up in case I spoke to the same guy and wrote a review reflecting my trepidation at the upcoming waste of my time and frustration with the unreliability of the charger. The day after the review went live a very nice and efficient gent called me from the company and offered to replace the charger FOC in a hope I would not have any more issues going forward with a replaced charger and as this was the solution most respectful of my time. He also reached out to the installer the same day to get that ball rolling rather than several days later, as the original agent did. On the basis of the faith I have that the gentleman I'm in touch with from Hypervolt now will progress this issue to a resolution satisfactorily and with minimal inconvenience to me, I think it is fair to update this review to reflect my current feeling toward Hypervolt. Once the new charger is up and running, I am likely to further edit this to 5 stars on the basis of the service from the agent who is handling the escalation.

Jul 19,2023I had some tech queries with my Hypervolt charger unit which I posed to Hypervolt through their online chat support function. Their engineer was great and offered some very clear advice which solved my issues. It is great to find a company that has an excellent product but also backs that up with excellent customer service. That's somewhat of a rare beast these days.

Jul 18,2023My device works great until recently with some high pitch noise. Requested support from Hypervolt. The support team responded quickly and found that the problem couldn’t be resolved remotely. It sent out an engineer who diagnosed the problem on site and solved the issue effectively. Thanks to its great service.

Jul 15,2023Daniel was both helpful and responsive. He checked the status of my HV 2.0 online to establish there was indeed an issue with it. He then arranged for it to be inspected by the same company which had installed it...and ultimately replaced with a new unit, when it was clear that the existing unit had component failure. A shame that the charger went down after only 15 months of operation, but full marks to Hypervolt/Daniel for the way the situation was corrected.

Sumesh dealt with the minor problem concerning the app and my device was reset remotely, solving the problem.excellent customer service for an excellent product, which I have been using for 15 months.

After the install they followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. Customer service is without doubt up there with the best and gives me confidence in the brand.
