When I wanted a charger to be delivered quickly Hypervolt certainly obliged. It was ordered one day and arrived on the next. Within a few days I had found a local electrician to install it and could test it out on my new car. I thought a charger would be complicated to use but the instructions were clear and it was simple.

Having recently had solar panels installed, I had a problem with charging my car direct from solar power. Daniel at Hypervolt was super helpful and friendly and having run some diagnostic tests concluded that the CT clamp needed to be turned round on the incoming mains lead. This resolved the problem immediately. Further investigation by me revealed that the 3rd party installer had reversed the CT clamp wires where connected in the charger. So installer error and not a Hypervolt problem at all. All in all I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The product is great and the level of support is second to none.

I recently encountered an issue with my EV charger, but I must commend the company for their swift resolution and excellent customer service. While the hiccup was frustrating, the company's dedication to resolving the problem deserve recognition. Initially, I had some trouble with the EV charger not connecting with my mobile phone as I have charged my Internet service provider. However, when I contacted customer support, Daniel answered my call promptly and emphathetically, which immediately put me at ease. The customer service support representative took the time to listen to my concerns and offered several troubleshooting suggestions to try on my end. These initial attempts resolved the issue, Daniel exhibited a genuine effort to assist me despite my lack of technical knowledge about my charger and phone. I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. What truly stood out was the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I am satisfied with the outcome of my experience with the company's EV charger, primarily because of their efficient customer support and prompt resolution to the issue. Well done for your efficiency.

Our hypervolt was installed around 18 months ago and we have had two issues since installation. First issue was after the clocks changed, second and most recently the app stopped working. Unfortunately if the app isn't working you can't charge your car but both occasions we had issues they were dealt with quickly and professionally. Sumesh gave us good customer service with regular updates

had a issue with app I contacted by email within 24hr had a reply to try a few things,they contacted again a couple days later then ran a update on my hypervolt all good now. a big thanks to sumesh pillai

Unexpected issue with the app being able to control the charger was handled quickly and effectively. Phone updates were provided as and when promised.

Had issues where the app stopped functioning as expected. The help desk when report picked up and run with the issue until closing. Emails received regularly. Nice people to do do business with. 🚗🩼

I have recently purchased the Hypervolt 3.0 and so far it is great and works well; the app is also mostly well designed however there are areas that need improvement. The app has great features like scheduled charging and solar-friendly settings. On the other hand, the Bluetooth connection process and changing accounts for which the charger is 'adopted' under are a somewhat unreliable and cumbersome. Having said that, customer support is excellent and fast, special thanks to Sumesh for helping me resolve the re-adoption issue; very professional.

Installation was carried out on time and fund Hypervolt very professional in their communication. They were clear with the quotes and very prompt with their responses. From providing the quote to installation, whole process took just over a week. Would highly recommend.

Sadly the connection and app since installation did not work but Sumesh from the Technical Support team made all the effort to solve the problem. Luckily after a few days the problem was solved and the system is up and running. Hopefully this did not happen again. It is good to know that the Hypervolt team is approachable and helpful.

Excellent customer service - I needed to call just to get my EV charger setup correctly and a simple explanation proved adequate. The support guy gave me a ring back to check all was OK and checked every thing was as expected remotely.

*EDITED* So… Hypervolt 2.0 fitted in March 2022. I had ongoing issues with connecting to the app or getting any firmware updates to see analytics etc. Occasional failure to charge and couldn’t connect to charger making it 50% useless. Left a stinking review here in July and called Hypervolt. I had an almost immediate email reply and in a few weeks all issues have been sorted including a longer (MUCH better!) cable at no cost to myself (12 august 2023) App now works and longer cable (7.5m compared to 5m) makes a BIG difference Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and the installer said it’s not unusual at all for this manufacturer. Well done team Hypervolt!

Good experience when the unit has played up. Easy to get hold of with a good plan to help me up with my issue. Sumesh Pillai Was very helpful.
