We dealt with Amy throughout our claim ( which took way longer than it should have 6 months , not your fault your end ) Amy was so patient and thorough in her work ,updating both myself and my husband following it up with an email . Nothing was too much trouble for her , she made a very stressful situation a lot better with her positivity and advice . When I called up and Amy was off , the other team members were also helpful and knew what they were talking about . I would highly recommend your company . Amy Needs recognition. Thank you to everyone.

Emma guided me through every aspect of the claim and kept me updated with curtesy calls. A godsend as I have never made a claim before. Even advising on what I should say to the third party insurer. Definitely took the stress away for me.

As soon as I was hit by another driver these guys guided me through the process. I will never use anyone else again. Emma Scott made sure I was taken care of, dealt with the insurers on my behalf and made life so much easier then I could have anticipated, having lost the car... 5* Highly recommended.

Was recommended this company by a family friend. My claim handler was Emma who was very professional, keeping me updated as my claim progressed. If you want to be left in the best care following an accident, the Innocent Driver is the company to go to.

Someone crashed into my car and my neighbour's car while parked at night. I tried to speak to the driver for a week, but he was avoiding me. I contacted Innocent Driver and I couldn't believe they reached an agreement in a day! I'm now waiting for the repair. My neighbour is using her insurance, but it isn't going smooth. She has been extremely paranoid and stressed out, which made her ill and had to be sent to A&E. I wish I found Innocent Driver earlier and we both used them straight away. Thank you Emma Scott for such a great service!

From the initial contact the staff were extremely helpful and kept me updated every step of the way with emails of how the claim was progressing. The whole process was stress free and within a week the claim was settled. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars and if could give 6 stars I would.

Hi, this is my 2nd time using Innocent Driver. This time I was assisted by Amy, first of all I was not expecting same level of service as previously. The first agent who dealt with my previous accident was so amazing that I did not believed that any company can have more than 1 employee on such a high level. But Amy did as good job as previous agent which means that probably the most inteligent and effective people work in Innocent Driver. Message to owner - you go lucky to have team like this!!! Super fast, no need to rush for updates, literally everything sorted for you! I will recommend Innocent Driver to everyone that I know! Do not wish anyone accident but if you had one i wish you to use Innocent Driver!

3rd time (un)lucky in using this service and as always couldnt recommend it enough. Some one went into my car on the Thursday and took me a few days to track down, contacted Innocent drivers on the Sunday evening & by the Monday the ball was rolling. Straight forward and easy to deal with, taking the stress out of an already stressful situation, keeping you informed every step of the way, even sorting out a hire car (which if your insurance doesnt cover, this service does) Have recommended them to my friends and even to the at fault driver (for their future ref haha). Hoping i wont have to use their service again in the future but if i do get into another accident then they will continue to be my first port of call. Thankyou once again to Emma and co

The full experience with innocent driver was excellent. Louise Norman was the handler on my case and done her upmost to keep me up to date with everything that was happening. I would definitely use innocent driver again if there ever because a time that I would need to and I would recommend to anyone that needed their services.

Innocent Driver was a third claim agency that I approached. From the first telephone conversation I had with them I knew I was being assisted by the right agency. My claim was supported by Amy. She handled my case with utmost professionalism. Her communication was excellent- she kept me informed throughout the process and offered me reassurance. She effectively dealt with the other driver's insurers whom I had found problematic. The repair company, Station Coach (Great Dunmow, Essex), engaged by Innocent Driver, carried out work to a high standard. They were equally professional in their work, communication and customer liaison.
