My case handler Bex has been excellent from start to finish, communicating thoroughly throughout. With a young baby & a busy life, innocent driver has taken a load off my shoulders and made the process as stress free as possible. Given the unusual nature of my claim I honestly don’t know how I could have handled the claim without Bex/using innocent driver.
Innocent Driver were really easy to deal with and we’re great! Had a nightmare with Enterprise car hire though so I wish they’d change them.

Innocent Driver were recommended by our local bodyshop and as someone who has always gone down the traditional route with car claims, I was a little sceptical. Had I gone via Admiral on this occasion, it's likely that our contested (no-fault) claim would have been split 50/50. I would have given 5* but due to the mix-up of where the car was getting repaired, I feel this is still good enough by anyone's standards. Fortunately there are Specialist claim staff to keep on top of things and keep you updated with information of your claim and the progress of your repairs. I would strongly advise having a dashcam fitted as this makes all the difference when submitting evidence in a non-fault claim. It eliminates any doubts of liability and fast-tracks the repair process.

Jan 24,2024Never knew innocent driver existed but made the process of getting the damage fixed from a non fault accident very easy. Did not have to pay and got the repairs all sorted so can't complain.
