Dec 18,2023I contacted Innocent Driver after a no fault accident and finding out my insurance company dont answer the phone and their website was down. I found this company from a Google search and was a bit skeptical. However, I can honestly say that they have been brilliant. I found them to be very responsive and helpful. From the first call to them to getting my car back fixed was about 4/5 weeks. The only small negative is that they sub-contact out the car hire part so there is a bit of duplication which I wasn't expecting but apart from that I would 100% recommend.

The car was spot on for what I needed and the girl I dropped it off with at the end was also very professional and polite. Highly recommend this place.
