Nov 02,2023Absolutely fantastic from the minute I made one phone call to a very professional lady she reassured me this was the company I wanted to work with that was it no hassle no stress they done everything got my car taken to e very good body repair center had the hire car delivered to my door at the exact time my car was taken away so we was never without a car they kept us upto date ever step of the way we did not have to do anything we have just had the car back the work is amazing you would not no it’s had work done once again a very special thankyou To this lovely lady Charlene Smith Claims Manager who dealt with us many thanks Danny Claire

Oct 21,2023Fantastic service from 1st contact to closure of case and collection of repaired vehicle after being involved in an accident with another vehicle which I was not at fault. Ann was amazing from the initial call to closure of the case. Kept informed of every stage of the process from arranging repairs and a hire car. Ann could not have been more professional in her dealings with me and explained every step of the process. Which was great as I had little knowledge and experience of insurance claiming. I would not hesitate to recommend Innocent Driver after my experience.

Sep 28,2023after having the misfortune of someone crashing into my vehicle i instructed Charlene from innocent Driver to proceed with my claim and so glad i did she went above and beyond sorted out a replacement hired vehicle whist dealing with third party insurers to get me the maximum i was entitled to at Last a company who is 100 percent behind their client and not the insurance companies first time i've had to use such a service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend service was excellent
