Aug 16,2023I liked the fact that you phoned one company and in my mind I thought they were dealing with it all as a point of contact. That wasn't the case however as I then had to give the details a couple of times to United Legal, Enterprise and then AX car hire, as well as liasing with the garage to get it sorted. Just not what I expected I suppose, only really spoke to Innocent Driver on one occasion
