However we were put in contact with Charlene from innocent driver who took care of absolutely everything for us and removed all the stress from us. The entire process was hassle free and our vehicle was ready for collection on our return from holiday.

Jul 14,2023This company gives nothing but first class customer service . Charlene dealt with my claim and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. I was in a non fault accident and after one phone call Charlene completely took all the hassle from me and sorted everything out from a courtesy car getting dropped at my house to my car getting repaired and returned to me and was always available to answer any questions, thank you Charlene you were amazing and made being involved in an accident hassle free. I would highly recommend Innocent Driver , they are very professional and genuinely care for their clients .
