Nov 26,2024I would highly recommend using innocent driver, when your car gets damaged it’s extremely stressful going back and forward with the other driver but innocent driver cut this out and organise your car hire & vehicle repair.

Nov 15,2024From taking my car to the bodyshop for repairs, Innocent driver took care of everything for me. After being hit by another car reversing out of a parking space the said driver wasn't going to go ahead through the insurance or offered to pay for the repairs of my car, Innocent driver took care of everything from that point. I didn't have to do anything else they sorted everything from contacting the other insurer to getting my car sorted, aswell as arranging a hire car for me. Very quick from start to finish, Cathy from Innocent driver kept me informed and up to date with the procedure.

She went that extra mile taking the stress out of problems that arose, and went with me when I wouldn't take no for an answer with the third party.
