Dec 24,2024I used innocent driver for the first time this year, they were recommended to me by the repairer of my car as they deal with everything for you when you have been in a non fault accident. I was involved in a non fault accident in 2023, and dealt with my insurance myself. It was a really stressful time, and took about 7 months to get everything completely sorted. I ended up having to pay my £500 excess which I had to wait a few months for my insurance to pay back to me. Spending probably over 10 hours on the phone to insurance during this time. However, using innocent driver has been a completely different and far better experience. Ashleigh was given my claim to deal with, and she has been amazing. My car was bumped into on the 1st of December, and by the 20th of December everything was sorted. I had my car repaired and giving back to me. I havent had to pay a single penny, and I haven’t had to spend more than 10 minutes on the phone. I had a hire car arranged for me for the duration that my car was being repaired, and the hire car company and innocent driver were always available if I needed to contact them. The wait time on the phone is always less than a minute, and everyone at innocent driver has been very thorough and quick to help get my car sorted. I can’t believe how helpful everyone at Innocent Driver has been, this process was completely handled for me. When your car is involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault, it’s already stressful having to deal with everything yourself. Especially before Christmas! However, Innocent Driver completely sorted everything for me. An amazing company that I will certainly be recommending to anyone that ever finds themselves in a non fault accident. They provide a friendly, professional and informative service. Highly recommend Innocent Driver if you don't want your insurance to be affected.

Dec 03,2024I cannot thank bex with innocent driver enough, she took the stress out of everything, we were rear ended, being a working mum of 3 I felt stressed about another task on my to do list, but innocent driver made it so easy they coordinated the repairs,the hire car was delivered to my door, they took the stress out of it, i didnt have endless phone calls with the other drivers insurance, I hope i dont need to use them again, but i 1000% would make innocent driver my first call after an accident that wasnt my fault. Thanks again!
